Have been frequent coming to this place in the last 3 years and drive through is not slow. When you stop inside is the problem. The place looks like a high school cafeteria with crumbs on the tables and floor. All the tables are occupied with kids studying.They prepare coffee well enough but they do not make the best breakfast sandwiches.When we went today with my friend we had to wait 10 min for a sandwich. All the workers seemed to be focused on drive through and not on incoming people from the front door. There are at least 10 people working there and no one is cleaning just smiling. Not the service I expect from a Starbucks.

Ordered a pumpkin spice latte and they took 15 minutes to make it and then on top of that they didnt top it with whipped cream as ordered. Not going here again. This place like many restaurants dont hire enough people and then customer service is

The overall atmosphere and service are good, but our experience today was disappointing: we ordered three drinks, and they gave us the first two at first (waiting for ~40min), and the last one made us wait for almost one hours. The last we ordered was Pumpkins spice Latte, and the one we got had all its whipped cream foam had completely settled and mixed with the liquid already(as the photo attached shown), which was obviously sitting there for a while and not giving us.I understand how busy they were and their machines were broken for a while so that they fell behind schedule; but, they might need to consider to get trained more and better handle during some busy hours in the store.

Coffee in Paper cups and pastries in a bag when eating in. Really doesn’t live up to a good coffee shop experience. Everything going downhill since the pandemic. Nobody is trying anymore. I’m just going to stay home with my Nespresso.
