Beautifully made sandwiches and desserts. The cheesecake slices are must-haves and the service was great.

Came to buy some Valentine's Desserts for some of our family members. We asked if they make the desserts themselves. They said everything but the macaroons. We picked some curlers (Chocolate, cherry and apple) they are all dried out like two or three days old, dried out.I'm so embarrassed because I gave these boxes out to my in-laws and my neighbours as a gift and now I'm regretting buying them.Very disappointed.

Good food and great ambience! A bonny addition to Brooklin downtown.

A friend and I went for coffee, but ended up getting some savoury treats as well. The people working in the bakery were friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. Both of us were extremely happy with our food. I was recommended to try the vegetarian croissant. Absolutely fantastic flavor. The coffee is a special planned from Trebicock in Pickering. It was great as well. Definitely will come back!!!!

Delicious coffee, friendly service. I really enjoy spending time here. Reading the other reviews I have to acknowledge this is not a quick service establishment, and I hope they don’t turn into one. There’s something beautiful about a personally crafted beverage and snack, slow chatting, and enjoying the experience.Kid-friendliness: My son loves the smoothies and donuts.

The chai latte tasted like it was made from a premix package and not from tea and milk. The donuts were worse than Tim’s. Hard and tasteless. Didn’t eat them. The only saving grace is their bread. I’ve had the bread on 3 occasions and it is good.

I waited almost 8 minutes to be greeted and after I ordered another 10 to see that the person after had been served her takeout order before mine was even started. In total I waited 25 minutes and finally decided to leave without my order. I won’t go

I live about 15 minutes' walk away, so on a WFH day, a nice walk there and back to stretch my legs should give me half an hour to have lunch in the beautifully designed, modern café and be back within an hour.It was over five minutes before I was even acknowledged and my order taken, and 20 minutes after that it became clear that I wasn't going to get my lunch any time soon. I had no choice but to cancel my order and leave, lest I be late back at work. I hadn't even been given my drink yet. Other parties had received their food, sat down, eaten it and left, or had their order of coffees (plural) prepared and given to them.I can see from other reviews that this is sadly not an uncommon experience, and it's a shame, as I know from past visits that the sandwiches and baked goods are always fresh and delicious, and worth the premium price.

If you are ever in Brooklin, make sure to try out this place. They serve some amazing sandwiches and a variety of drinks. All done with a Portuguese flair. The service is great, very friendly and I’m sure it’s family owned. The atmosphere is also very nice, it’s like a modern cafe vibe.Definitely give this place a try
