Went through drive through order 2 items.First was wrong went inside and corrected then came home and my second item was wrong toAsk for plain cream cheese bagel and gave me spicy cream cheese that my daughter doesn't it !!!There goes 20 dollars waste .Never again
The early morning staff are great. Quick and friendly. The qr code scanner has been down for days now......during the roll-up promotion. Really! This is a manager/owner issue. This is a huge part of your business. If your interac machine was down it would be fixed in no time. Wake up.......may be have an extra scanner for the staff who are working so hard for you and have to deal with the frustrated customers.

The absolute biggest joke of a timmies location. They mess up your order and after you have driven off and notice and try to contact their customer service through Twitter, they pass the blame to the location since they are franchised. I'm currently on a 7th escalation for this location to contact me. The first was almost a month ago. Of course, no repercussions for them and at this point, I will not get my money back. I don't expect to be contacted either. Stick to mcdonalds....read full review
