The staff was ignorant and beyond rude. They embarrassed myself and other customers by saying we were homeless junkies for absolutely NO REASON, even though there is no good reason to ever say that to anyone let alone a customer especially coming from the manager.

I can never tell if you order meal I never get my hash brown. I even asked does it come with a hash brown and I never get one. Classic Bacon and Sausage English muffin meal for 9 bucks. we paid $17.41 for Farmers wrap sausage no meal, the classic English muffin bacon sausage meal with coffee large double double, a muffin and a blueberry fritter. just wondering if hashbrown comes with my English muffin because I'm used to McDonald's when you say meal that will include hashbrown and drink. Tummies I never get hashbrown with meal because I always think I'm getting one and then I never get one oh well. this is all over several timmies
WORSE Tim Hortin the ice cap are always very very sweet and not blended properly the hash browns are like 2 weeks old and always very hard the behaviour of the staff is very rude especially the old lady who took the order she is always very rude next time I will never go to this Tim Horton again very very disappointed they are just destroying the name of Tim Horton brand.

The service is HORRENDOUS. I come here often since my working office is near this plaza, and whenever I have a headache I come here to have some hot coffee. And not only did the workers give me cold coffee but on top of that they showed me attitude! And the workers refused to give me some napkins when I slipped a bit of my drink on my clothes. That is insane!! Why so rude over a napkin? I don’t mean to be racist but it was these two specific Indian workers. Never coming here again.

Worst Tim Hortons ever, never do they have the specials advertised on TV, always sold out later in the day, and the slowest drive through ever. People actually go in and take out quicker so why have a drive through at all?

Twice in the same day I received the wrong order. Could not even go back and complain as I was already back at work. Will not be going back
Most disgusting place I have ever been. Only comparable to an Alabama Truck Stop on a Friday afternoon beside a free Burrito stand.The bathroom sink appeared to be dirtier than the toilet. This place was mortifying.Dietary restrictions: Don't eat here.Kid-friendliness: Biohazzardous!

Food is fine, location is clearly understaffed and unresponsive, service brutal. There have been numerous times I’ve been to this location with a homeless squatter sitting asleep.I came back to this location again Sunday Jan 14th and there are literally 4-5 homeless people asleep/passed out. I’m sympathetic to the homeless but the odour and atmosphere are just horrendous. Give your head a shake Tim’s.

It’s is absolutely shocking how slow the Whitby (Garden and Rossland) drive-through is. Doesn’t matter if I’m there at 5 am during the week or 8 on weekends, it takes way too long to get a simple order. The only bright spot is Jan, who works weekday mornings.
