This is going to sound racist but it's the truth. This location used to have a staff of mostly local people who had been there for years, including a nice lady who would remember your usual order the instant she heard you say hello at the drive through.A few months ago all the staff was replaced by immigrants. Now the person running the drive through is unintelligible and you can tell they barely understand what you're saying to them, because 90% of the time they get your order wrong.Maybe it would be a good idea to put a person who is fluent in English on the drive through intercom when you are working in an english speaking country?

Most workers aren’t very friendly, the service at the storefront is slow, and through the drive through most of the time my stuff isn’t even properly cooked! Breakfast sandwiches cold and bread untoasted! Seriously?

I just came in for a normal coffee, and the lineup was really really quick and the staff were working fast. I find they're a little under staffed for a place with such volume of clientele. But service was great

This is the best Tim’s around. Really friendly staff, nice clean atmosphere, quick drive thru, never have a long line waiting inside. I go out of my way to come here, great experience every time.

I never leave reviews, but I’ve been to this location many times and it’s always awful.The wait is so long if you’re not in the drive through. One person on cash. Once I got up there after 20mins, they said they didn’t have anything I tried to order.Things like this happen, not blaming the staff. But it shows that the manger gets a bonus for drive through time, and the who cares about the ones walking in.

One of the most disappointing places I've ever been to... I ordered a double double, but the lady gave me lukewarm coffee. When I returned it and asked for a hot one, she microwaved it, despite the cup clearly saying "do not microwave." I'm planning to officially file a complaint against this branch. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, she acted as if she was doing me a favor.This happened on May 1st 2024Complaint Filed

An extreme deterioration of quality at this location has forced me to leave a review. The drive thru staff NEVER understand us anymore. The staff make errors on the drinks (sugar, or cream, or both missing on a -double double- order. They've routinely over-charged me and then gave me the wrong size drink.I'm absolutely done with the incompetence & the absolutely pathetic lack of quality service.The owner & manager should be embarrassed by this fall from grace.When I discover the owners other locations (if any) I'll add them to this review so customers can avoid all of their locations if you want to avoid low quality tim hortons.Parking: The parking is absolutely garbage & awkward sharp turns to get into this location.

Be prepared for long waits, to have issues with your order, to have your change kept, and to be met with frowns and generally disgruntled employees.Parking: It's a small town, so be prepared for some interesting parking and pick-up trucks.
