Was served regular coffee instead of decaf. Washroom closed for duration of my dine-in experience. Staff seem untrained or are inexperienced. Hopefully it improves.

The lady who served us tonight at around 5:50pm was very rude and disrespectful. She made our whole order wrong and forgot to give us some of our order and then stood there and faught with us over what we ordered. Tim Hortons needs customer service training.

The lady working at night on Feb 3, 2024. Was extremely rude. Told us she was closed and would have to use the drive through. Then proceeded to serve a man at the counter after us. Then I asked her why he vould get something and we couldn't she said to take it up with management. How ridiculous is this place. The food court is open but you have to use the drive though.

For over 3 weeks, the scanner at the drive thru hasn't been working, so no Tim's Rewards, No Offers or discounts, and No Electronic Tim's Card can be used or redeemed!! How long does it take? Really, we live in an electronic driven society today. This needs to be corrected.
