Talking about the service, no doubt its quite good and fast. But the only problem i faced there’s no place to sit there’s just one sitting stool at least they should put 4. Overall my experience with this location is quite good.

This is the SECOND TIME I’ve ordered my usual bagel and it’s had a piece of plastic wrap in it! Nearly choked both times! Whoever was working Dec 29th around 1:30pm needs to be careful, my god!

This place was very cold tonight. The coffee and tea were hot and delicious but they ought to turn the heat up to 18 or 20c.Follow-up to my original review. The owner asked me for additional details. There are no other details to share other than you need to keep the heat inside your restaurant around 20c.

Due to staff shortage only drive-thru is open.They truly need to hire more stuff if they can't find them pay them more.Have it equal for the people that don't have cars to be able to get coffee.

we went in instead of doing drive thru for the first time. will never eat there again now. the kitchen is filthy!! the lady made my framers wrap on top of the bin the wraps come in because the counter was too dirty. there were bagels thrown everywhere, no surface was clean, an absolute nightmare!!

this is the worst, slowest drive thru in Whitby. They have no system to make things run smoothly in the morning and you will sit at the ordering speaker for 5 minutes before even being acknowledged
