This restaurant is managed horribly! The workers here seemed shocked that I walked in at 10:43pm to place an order. The manager then proceeded to lock the front doors just soon after I walked in. If your hours are until 11pm, why are you closing the doors to the restaurant at 10:45pm? The cashier kept rushing me to place an order and then the manager full on interrupted me while I was placing my order with the cashier. This establishment needs better customer service training.

I ordered from uber. The order was simple. 8 Jr. Bacon cheese burgers (all made the same). Nothing else....Somehow all I got when the food arrived. Was 1 random burger with a small poutine and a beverage (coke maybe)?Thank God Uber has an amazing refund policy for a complete wrong order. But what drove me to this review was I tried calling the restaurant to try and make sure they give the right order to the uber driver.... called 5 times, on 2 different phones. No answer. So let's hope they don't mess this up?! On the reorder.Terrible customer relations if they don't answer their phone. At least the food is cheap.

My last two orders this and last week were missing items or wrong unfortunately. The food quality was good.Week 1: I ordered once via the drive through window. The order did not include a receipt and was missing the additional chicken nuggets to a single order.Week 2: I ordered two meals from my phone and picked them up from the drive through window. One of the two orders was missing 1 of 2 patties on the burger.Unfortunately, I found out items were missing when I got home during these two recent occasions. I do not expect to audit every order at the restaruant. However, I recommend doing so here unfortunately.I do feel for the staff. Their point of sale system was apparently down all day. Mobile orders and cash were only available. It must of been a tough day yesterday.I sent a Customer Care message yesterday to share this situation and I await to hear from them as well.Parking: No concerns with parking.

Made a mobile order for 3 items and got 2 of the 3. When I went back to rectify they said they didn't see my order and asked me to show the order on my mobile. I eventually got the missing item but no apology or compensation was offered.

Every, n I mean everytime I go to this local Wendy's,s they manage to mess up my order. And I notice it's typically the manager that causes this. Today's issue is I was given 2 knives to eat my potatoes. So fed up, not to mention their phone number isn't working. They need to get it together ffs.?
The customer service here is horrible. I ordered my food and they overcharged me then they gave me the wrong drink and none of my sides. I didn’t notice any of this until I got back home and had to turn around and go back to get it fixed. They did not apologize for any inconvenience and did not fix the overcharge problem

This review has nothing to do with the staff. They are wonderful. Can someone tell me when their hamburgers got so small. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and it was tiny. The 99 cent frosty was in a cup so small. Size went down price keeps going
