Vishrut is great customer oriented cook. He took the time to suggest some of the house specials like nachos and flat bread when no server was around. He took the time to interact with me and my family, we were delighted to know more about the franchise. Looking forward to more family outings at WildWings Whitby !!

I placed an order online and went to pick it up. Was ignored at the bar for 5 minutes. Asked one of the bartenders. She said to give her a minute. She never came back to help me. I asked the hostess if someone could go check on my food. She finally goes and checks. Says it’s not ready. Still waiting here for my food, now 15 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. I have nothing else to do but kill time in this place and write a bad review. It is not hard to provide good service. This place is atrocious.

I recently dined at Wild Wings, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. I was greeted warmly by the staff, and my server, Isabella, truly went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. The wings were cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of crispiness and flavor. Not only that, but Isabella made sure my drink was always topped up and checked in on me regularly to ensure everything was to my liking.What impressed me the most was Isabella's attention to detail and her genuine enthusiasm for providing top-notch service. Despite the restaurant being busy, she never seemed rushed and always had a smile on her face. It's clear that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her customers' experience.

Worst service ever! After 1 hour we hadn't had drinks, after 2 hours some of our party had to leave without food and the server was annoyed not apologetic!2 absolute terrible experiences 2 years apart, so it's just not a bad night.It's never go back to there... ever... for us!
Waited 2 hours for food, the manager was being weird with the waitress and wasn't really sure what was going on, waitress didn't even apologize for time waited and gave some attitude. Food was okay but not worth the wait, waited another hour for the bill, would recommend eating anywhere else.

Very poor service!!!Waited for the food about 40min. Nobody advised us that it will take this long. Kept telling us the food will be out in 5min. Horrible customer service!We never got our drinks until we got our food which is ridiculous. To the owner please look into this if you want better reviews. ThanksOur server was a chubby indian girl with glasses, she never introduced herself to us so we don't know her name but there is a big room for improvements.

Joined a couple of friends for a late lunch yesterday afternoon at Wild Wings around 3pm. The place was a bit busy, maybe about 4 tables full with our awesome waitress Mahima handling the rush expertly. She welcomed us in with a big smile and loads of great energy. We had to kill some time before our other friend arrived, so we took advantage of the Tuesday $5 Sol beers. Mahima was busy serving everyone in the restaurant by herself but she never left us feeling forgotten about. Once our friend arrived, we ordered 3 x $12 single deals, mine was dry garlic garlic, which was quite tasty, I'm a big garlic fan so this hit the spot perfectly. My friend who arrived later is a picky critic especially of wings. He had some very nice things to say, mostly about the service. Mahima was amazing, we all agreed. She expertly handled the rush of customers that came in just after we sat down. Took down our orders without error and even chatted with us for a bit, making us feel welcome and appreciated. She was definitely the highlight of the experience. I would definitely come back again. Thanks for an excellent experience!
