Love that there is such a great local Italian restaurant here in Stouffville.Kid-friendliness: We came here as a family on the week of Christmas, and they were very sweet to give the kids candy canes before we left. They also have high chairs available for the little ones.

3.5-4 stars. The truth is overall Pastaggio is pretty good. Pasta's are solid, service is pretty good. But I have to tell you I'm lost on a few things like WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING OPEN FOR JUST THREE DAYS A WEEK? You don't open for lunch either so your costs are a fraction of just about every other restaurant. Low labour comparable, appliance usage is low comparable to everyone else, cooling/heating etc etc So why are you charging high prices? Try taking 10-15% off everything...people will be happier and your margins will still be solid!

Our experience was really great. We had a lovely server Taylor who was attentive and knowledgeable. I loved my pasta dish with penne and pesto. Our appetizers were delicious. We had crispy calamari and the Caprese salad which was very fresh! Bathroom was pristine. Overall ambience exceeded our expectation. A touch of family saying hello and chatting with us was so authentic! I highly recommend.

Food was average. Large portions, but we were asked asked to leave 20 minutes before our allotted time. Nothing special in regards to taste. Garlic bread sucked. Tile floor so it was noisy like a Swiss chalet. Prices a little much for typical bar food. It wasn't the worst, but $49 for a steak and $19 for a salad? A little too much for me. Good sound track though. And don't sit at the window facing west. No curtains. The sun was blinding us
