Don’t come here. The burger was very burnt, the fries were burnt, the back was very unsanitary and VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have been to this place ordered poutine couple of times...It was so dry not enough gravy on it and not much tasty....chicken burger was good & especially customer service was bad & they replied rude...

I wouldn't give one star if it was possible to write a review without it. Unable to place my order two times now at this location. One time the excuse was that something broke in the back and they are dealing with it. I can see them standing at the back doing nothing. I normally don't write negative reviews but their poor customer service has led me to it. Tecumseh mall location is a big disappoinment for A&W lovers like myself.

Marlena the assistant manager was a pleasure to deal with at the drivethru. They got my order mixed up and right away corrected it and served me both items rather than just the original order. Super pleasant and festively dressed.
Love the buddy burgers and I love that you can get a good and healthy breakfast for cheap.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a double teen burger no ketchup, no bun. I got home and it was a single, with ketchup. I'm allergic so I was very disappointed. Of course, no receipt in the bag, and no time to go back. The wait is always long as well. Overall, disappointed.

Photos suggest there is a drive thru at this location. However this is a mall location which does not offer this advantage.The burgers here are however very good. I don't get the slogan however " good food makes good food ".

Good...love the Beyond Meat Burger. Just wish they had salads to go with it instead of onion rings and fries. Trying to eat healthier.
