i normally love a&w but this one is terrible. i will never come here again and neither should you. they took forever to ring a short line through and wouldn’t accept coupons. they were slow and rude. we waited for almost half an hour for food, we saw it sitting in the metal thing that they put the food made in. this is a horrible a&w. food isn’t good either, it was cold and soggy.

It is really a good restaurant and its service which I have seen in a while among all the restaurants I had visited in windsor in the last 2 years. They are busy as hell but handle the dine-in customer as good as they can which impressed me a lot.

Obviously, being an international restaurant, you probably already know if you like A&W. Their food is solid and tastes great. This particular one is a good example. The staff were nice and quick, the restaurant was clean, the food was as expected, overall no complaints.

I went to the drive thru this morning for a breakfast sandwich combo... I just have to say that the young man taking my order and my payment, Saber I think his name was, was absolutely delightful and pleasant. It was an early, wet morning and he completely changed my outlook for the day!!! And of course my breakfast and coffee was hot and delicious!!!

Little pricey for the portions, but its so worth it. Theres no competition when the taste is compared to other fast food burger joints (at least in this city).

This place has really gone down. Came last weekend order was wrong. Ordered burger with fries got poutine? Thought hey let me give them another chance. Ordered breakfast today and the eggs were not cooked well the white part of the eggs were runny ?. Sent the food back and they eventually brought another plate. Just did not taste good. Fries were not cooked well and had no flavour. Quality has drastically gone down! The only thing that tasted good was the bacon and toast. I will not be giving them a third chance A & W used to be my favourite place but now I’m done after today’s experience.

Sadly, it appears quality standards have really gone down. Fries were tepid and certainly not just out of the fryer. They seemed reheated. Tomato on burger was mushy and everything was crammed in one bag and greasy. I won't go to this location again.
