2 burgers; Both undercooked. Sweet potato fries; undercooked and cold. Onion rings; piping hot and so caked in salt almost inedible. Store is dirty - you stick to the floors. I expect way better from A&W.

Just saw the sign open 24hrs. Instead of opening more hours they should concentrate on quality and order times during regular hours. This has to be the worst a&w in Windsor.

Friendly staff, the food is always fresh. I haven’t had a bad meal from here. I usually use the drive thru but sometimes go inside to pick up my food. It’s clean inside. The service is fast.The location on Huron Church is also excellent.

Sweet potato fries were not that warm or cooked. I was disappointed with my order as they asked if I wanted a combo and I agreed I continued to order a side SP fries and they add it into the combo. So I was short a fries.

Got a teen burger for 2$ and onion rings for 3$. Happy days! Service was very slow and not busy. The tables are not aligned with the hanging lights so I conked my head off the light. Not cool. Remove the one table and realign before a lawyer gets involved.
8 minutes for 2 hash browns. And no one was in front of me.Someone needs to be reminded what "fast food" is.Absolutely dreadful seduce service.

Last time I went here, they screwed up my order, even after double checking the order and assuring they had got everything right. The fries were cold. Not only that, we got completely carbonless Root Beer. They couldn't even get the soda they are famous for correct. When I emailed my concern, after finally receiving an e-mail back I was asked to provide a phone number to follow up but never received a phone call from the establishment. If you really want A&W the franchise on Dougall is much better.Edit: Over a year later and they still will ignore special instructions and paid additions on mobile orders. Asked for no pickles and paid to add cheese, got pickles and no cheese. Amazing!
