They refuse to give you more than 4 ketchups and I can’t digest or swallow my food without ketchup. Should of gotten a refund cuz I couldn’t eat my food

Cashier wouldn't take no for an answer when trying to upsell me on a combo instead of a single burger. She rang it through as a combo saying it's cheaper. News flash, it's not. I got ripped off for a couple of bucks because someone can't take no for an answer. Not impressed.

When I rate food services, I normally rate local eateries. Though the customer service at the Devonshire Mall A&W location was impeccable all around! I’m visiting from BC and I haven’t seen this kind of service delivery in a very long time. We all know fast food servers don’t receive enough recognition nor a living wage.. I want to take this moment to recognize Naman Sharma! I’ve watched his customer service, handling situations and multiple orders.. I only ordered a coffee and apple tart.. yum btw… just an amazing person and employee A&W has! With the right support, this young man will go places. I’m absolutely impressed.. Good luck Naman in your future endeavours!

If you want food poisoning, eat here. Burger was half cooked and smelled like fish. Took one bite and had to toss my meal. That one bite however, gave me food poisoning. The onion rings were half cooked and sloppy.
