This is the best A&W in Windsor, actually in Ontario. The food is consistently great and the night staff are super nice and friendly. It’s like you are part of a family and you are home when you eat there. Now that it is open 24 hours to eat inside it is convenient for us night people.Vegetarian options: The Beyond Meat burgers are fantastic here

Breakfast food is NEVER ready. Am forced to pull over and wait for a simple breakfast sandwich. Usually 10+ minutes of waiting. Unacceptable if you want to pick something up before work.
I placed an order of poutine around 3:00 am and it was cold like ice. It never happened to me in any a&w in ontario. The only reason i choose a&w is because of their fresh and hot food. **** Always make sure at the window your food is closed or hot on this location ****

The ladies who work late night REALLY need to change their attitudes-- it's always something: you arrived too soon, you chose to customize your burger, they're busy cleaning, 2 ketchup packets max, etc. etc.Maybe they need to work the dayshift for a while to work on their people skills?
