Moving from a one star to a 5 star review because of the service follow up. The initial pizza and service we received was awful but management followed up TWICE to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you Armando's for renewing our faith in your food (the 2nd pizza sent was amazing) and your service to your customers.

I like windsor style pizza and when you hear windsor style you think armandos. I live in essex county and for years I've been complaining about the lack of pizza styles, all you see is windsor style. Until I realized the armandos serves detroit style and while it's not the most traditional I can say it is excellent and the best pizza I've had in windsor. I would say the detroit style is a hybrid between windsor and detroit style pizzas

It's just not what it used to be.Nothing particularly wrong but everything so-so.Pizza just OK. Atmosphere less than what it one was. Prices up there.The rating is a touch on the high side.

We visited the pizza bar for the first time. Atmosphere was good we sat at the bar. Waitress took longer than normalTo greet and ask for drinks. Once we were served and ordered we were not asked if we needed more drinks or anything. Once they brought our Detroit deep dish pizza no plates, cutlery etc were brought. The server Bella went to other tables to clear dirty dishes , serve bills before we were brought cutlery and plates it was a good 5 mins while our pizza sat. When we mentioned that those things should be brought with the pizza she didn’t apologize just shrugged it off and walked away. We had to ask for more drinks. Food was good but service terrible.
Food is good. Service is soooo slow. 4th time here and always the same. Hard to handle with a young family.

Waited more than 1,5 hours for delivery and then had to cancel due to the phone person indicating that it would be another half hour. 2 hours for delivery is ridiculous.

Said it would be half an hour for delivery took over an hour and forty five minutes Literally the worst pizza i have ever tasted Maybe it would have been better if it was Warm...The mozzarella sticks i ordered were frozen in thr middle. Do not recommend
