My family and I ordered here the other night, the guy on the phone that took our order had no customer service skills. His tone of voice sounded annoyed. We ordered 4 combos for pickup. When we got the food home the fried rice was just white rice barely mixed with soya sauce nothing else. There were no vegetables in the combo it was just literally deep fried ribs soaked in sauce and rice. The wonton soup had only 2 wontons and I don't think there was any meat in the wonton it was just dough. It was a very unpleasant dinner especially where we paid $18.00 per combo and just got rice and chicken in sauce.. we won't be ordering from here anymore.. it was a waste of money...

Our Go-To for Chinese. Food is always hot and tasty! Chicken balls have big chunks of chicken, not all batter. Spicy Shrimp dumplings are AMAZING!! I hope they go back to dine-in service again someday.

On the phone the man put me on hold and didn’t warn me. When we got in, he was very rude. He seemed grumpy. I felt like he didn’t like his job and wanted me to leave. I recommended that you shouldn’t expect good service. I would only come for the food.

I called,the guy said pick up or delivery, I said pick up, he what do you want rudly I said combination 3,he said 25 minutes,not even asking if I wanted anything else then I said an extra egg roll.Then when I picked up my order I asked him if he was the one who answered my order he said they were busy.The restaurant is only open for delivery or take out only.He said that they are busy.They have one delivery person, how busy can they be.I will never buy from them again.

Food was excellent as usual, kinda disappointed, the grumpy guy wasn't grumpy tonight.Love to kill em with kindness, he wouldn't take the bait though, not so much as a scowl.

I was informed today that my grandfather had stopped in to place an order , while being there the man had told him that the wait would be 30-35 minutes. He said okay no problem. Asked if he could tell him their combos as he has issues with his eye site he said the sign was on the wall and he informed him a SECOND time that he had couldn't see the sign to read it. The man was very rude with him! That he was so upset and left. At what point do you think being rude to an elderly man that had said HE CAN NOT READ THE SIGN was it okay for you to be rude. Do better ! You want customers treat them with respect! Not how you run a business or work in the food industry! I will never advise anyone to go here if that's how you treat people!

Phoned in yesterday for a delivery order and the man who answered the phone was less than pleasant. Plus it took nearly 2 hours for it to be delivered and we live 7 mins away from the restaurant. While I understand it was mother's day and it was most likely busy, the way he handled it could've been done A LOT better. He was very rude with his responses and made me uncomfortable. I used to love coming here for dine-in but unfortunately with the service that was given yesterday, I doubt I'll ever go back. Though the portion sizes are generous and the food is good — customer service is also important and I will not contribute to a restaurant with attitude problems towards their customers.

Food is good but the owner who always answers the phone is very rude and abrupt and needs to be nicer to his customers! I want to tell him how rude he is every time I order but I dont think it would make a differece ?

Used to be my favorite Now dinner for five has become dinner for 2. But they give you lots of greens to make up but not enough of the main plates. Everything tasted the same. Very rude customer service our last two times have been awful. Will be finding a different place now.

Would be 5 stars however the guy who answers the phone for delivery orders is always either in a bad mood or is just rude and abburpt. Great food always fresh and hot. Pricing is fair and portion sizes are a great value. My family likes a small buffet style meal and this restaurant has always delivered
