Came in to use two can dine coupon.Asked for one beef whopper and one veggie burger.Asian manager stated either two beef whoppers or two veggie burgers.Why is Burger King forcing non vegetarians to eat veggie burgers or forcing vegetarians to eat meat?Contacted customer support, Tijana, and they responded with each franchise can do as they please.Worst customer service in store and corporate. It’s 2024. Do better.

My husband picked me up a Jr. Whopper today. It was terrible. The lettuce was in little bits most were brown. The tomato was so ripe it didnt even have a middle. The middle wasnt even in the sandwhich! It had no mayonnaise either. And yet whoever made this sent it out. Why cause you don't care. You thick because the person is taking it home and wont notice or be too much to bring it back. SHAME ON YOU!!!!! No star rating for food.

I ordered a couple cheeseburgers in the drive through. It took almost 20 minutes to get my food and once I got home I discovered that they had just slapped a piece of meat between two buns, no cheese, no pickles, no mustard and no ketchup. That’s a joke.

The Asian man should be corporate! If he is not I’m absolutely SHOCKED! He was the nicest man ever, only one working harder than alll of them! He should be manager then, not the girl or other Indian guy. He was so so good stocking everything up, refilling fries, doing cash, greeting customers. Absolutely wonderful worker, if I would’ve had my own business I would’ve stolen him

Floor was sticky and my shoes were getting stuck. Nuggets they sold me should have been tossed hours ago and I wasn’t asked if I wanted any sauce with them. More care needs to be given to deliver a better experience.

It's Burger King, you know what you're getting. The staff was exceptional the night I am writing this review. Forgot my girlfriends extra pickles, so I go and ask for some pickles. They were very accommodating.ALSO I got myself a crown. So today BK is a solid 5.Vegetarian options: The impossible whopper reminded me I like burgers.

Went through the drive through today and ordered 3 small bacon cheeseburgers. Asked for no mustard. Pulled ahead and paid then waited for 5 mins. The lady finally comes back to the window and proceeds to ask that we pull around and wait. 12 more minutes go by and finally our food comes out. Open the package to find 3 cheeseburgers, no bacon and absolutely loaded with mustard. I went back in and not even an apology. They then proceeded open take the food I already touched and open it back up, place it in an area thats supposed to remain sanitary in an attempt to just add bacon and give it back. I asked for a refund and left. Won't be returning to this burger King location.
