BEST PIZZA IN THE CITY!!!!!! My sisters & I always choose Capri over any other pizza place. Not only is the food phenomenal (seriously best windsor pizza), but the customer service is also fabulous!!!! We love Capri ?

Pizza was “okay”, wings were overcooked (way too hard/crunchy). For $60 (take out), I’ve had better pizza. Counter staff were very nice.

Grew up in the area and always order some Windsor style pizza when passing through. Ordered a King when crossing the border back into Canada for a van full of hungry guys. They had an online coupon for $5 off I told the guy when ordering and he said he was aware of that. It was torrential downpour when I arrived. I mentioned the coupon on checkout but said I’d accidentally left my phone in the car - the guy smirked as he looked out at the rain and said I’d have to go get my phone to prove it. I refused and paid full price. No amount of delicious Windsor pizza will take that sort of poor customer service out of my mouth. I hope you saving $5 is worth a 1 star review. I’ll stop at Naples or Armando’s moving forward.Edit: The owner has reached out to me in order to help rectify this issue. I have updated my review to 3 stars to properly reflect the level of service and quality of food provided. I will stop in again the next time I'm through and adjust my review accordingly then.

Capri has never disappointed. Their service is always quick, their pizzas are always good - and if anything goes wrong with either the service or the pizza, they are super helpful in quickly resolving and making sure you feel well taken care of. When I want pizza, Capri is always my first choice!

A small pizza delivered cost me $35 with 4 toppings including 1 gourmet topping feta cheese delivery tip and debit fee which is crazy they charge but dont tell you. Pizza was ok. I've had better for cheaper.. Not worth$35. Toppings were minimal especially considering the cost of the pizza. Heard good reviews but heard other locations better.

Chicken parm needs work- I don’t know what I got sent to my house tonight but a very thinly sliced one piece of mozzarella in the middle didn’t even cover the chicken- was weird- pasta good - salad

Lived in Windsor for 40 yrs and moved away 6 yrs ago to another city. I can tell you without a doubt you won’t find a better pie in Windsor. Every time I’m in town I have to have one. The service, the value and the quality of their pizza is the best. When I have friends come to visit and they ask what they can bring from my home town the one thing I say is a large Capri pizza/half baked. Nothing like it out there! Keep up the great work Capri, your still my number 1!!
