Honestly, my wife and I love Chucks. We can go get a steak dinner for $20. The steaks are usually tender and cooked right. If the cut isn't perfect, it's not the end of the world because it's $20. Servers are friendly and attentive. It's a place we don't mind going to because we don't feel like we're breaking the bank to go out and eat. Seems like anywhere else you go a steak is usually around $35 and up. They're a smart franchise. They price things cheaply to ensure repeat visits.

Went for a quick lunch while working in Windsor. Service was speedy and food was delicious. There weren't any complaints from our table. Just a few jokes about the extra tax added to the bill, if it guarantees good food and service then I'm willing to pay! I think everyone agreed!!

Not a good experience at all. We had three separate people dealing with our order and all three weren't very welcoming. Can't tell you their names because they didn't even introduce themselves. We went there for half off apps and after we paid we realized we were charged full price on 3 apps so we asked about it and the girl snatched the receipt and started huffing and puffing and blaming her hostess for the mistake. Then she came back and just threw the money on the table and said "here's the difference" and walked away. No I'm sorry or have a nice night anything like that. This mistake could have been handled so much better. But it's probably because they were all rushing around to throw all the chairs up at 10:30. Very disappointed:(

A random unprofessional message stating they can't get to the phone to call back .At least let me leave a message.. Please do better management. I'm not sure you're open for business .
