I’m not sure what’s going on - maybe scheduling error - but keeping your dining room lights off during open hours is not safe or okay.Management should schedule appropriately to accommodate the traffic. Also probably not take a smoke break during the busiest time of the night.Very slow service and staff was sitting in booths when we walked in - took over 15 mins to get blizzards

They take too long at the drive thru. They should have a couple parking spots and have people park when their order takes time. They should also take the payment quickly and then give the whole order at once. Today, they gave the order to the person in front of me in 3 bags with a wait between them. By the time I got my order, it was cold. The long lineups disrupt the parking lot. Otherwise, the food is good. Service needs to be a bit faster inside and drive thru. Restaurant is clean and employees are friendly.

I ordered a very special anniversary ice cream cake with a photo on it. Not having done this before I physically went into the store. I explained to the girl the reason it was so important that this cake had to be done right. The girl at the counter was very nice and showed me an example of a cake they had done for someone else. We loved how it was decorated and said we wanted the exact same decoration on our cake. When we picked it up on our way to the anniversary, the cake was NOT decorated as we asked. The girl we had spoke with was not on duty so I returned on Monday to tell them I was not happy. We had paid for a specific cake but we did not get what we ordered. I asked for a refund. The girl consulted with the regional manager and they ended up giving us a store credit but would not give us a refund. I must say, the front counter staff was very good and my problem is not with them. The girl had taken a picture of how we wanted the cake decorated and had passed that information on. The problem was with the decorator not carrying out our wishes and doing her own thing. In my opinion we should have got a full refund and the decorator should have been given the bill to pay.
Very mad I payed to add skor to my blizzard and there was not a single skor piece. The lady that took my order was probably the dopiest on the planet.

We ordered an ice cream cake. It was very expensive, but delicious. We left the decorating up to them. We're not sure why you'd choose green lettering, then use green gel icing to decorate. It just looked rather messy. But that doesn't affect the flavor at all.

VERY busy in the afternoon and evening but they try very hard to do their jobs well. Be patient.Dietary restrictions: You may not want to go here if you are lactose intolerant and get iced cream unless you have some lactaid pills.

I ordered 3 chicken strips meal for $36 ، the chicken strips and the fries were very small , I had to take my kids to shawarma place right after that because dairy queen meal are a joke .
