I ordered a take out for Butter Naan and Malai Kofta. I specially asked the lady who answered the phone that is the kofta filled with cottage cheese and she said yes whereas it was 99% potato (tasted disgusting). I then told her to keep literally zero spice level so my 3 year old baby could have it too and the spice was to its max. Gravy was literally blood re, full of red chili powder. Threw all in the garbage. Finally I asked her how many pieces does the Naan have, she replied 4 and they were 2.It was my worse experience and I have not had such spicy food in my entire life, was sick for 2 days by just tasting the gravy and threw it all.

Everything I tried so far is good and very reasonable price compared to all other Indian restaurants.
First time never again.. had to ring bell for attention girl came felt bothered no customer service skills...so many tables dirty with food and dirty dishes...enough to attract food flies.was there for over an hour still tables not clean...ordered dosa not hot enough ,dosa not fitting plate...falling off...chutneys placed on top of dosa unhygienic.. sambar cold very little not enough to enjoy with the dosa the potato stuffing very blend did not taste fresh like boiled potatoes with lots of curry powder my fingers and napkin were yellow...black cups for water horrible waitress did not even pour us water...dirty dishes on tables horrible robot taking food and everyone touching that thing very unhygienic also to tip pay in cash...I will not come again

We ordered dosas; the experience was pathetic as the food had a lot of oil and was not fresh too, also they didn't serve coconut chutney with it saying it's not there..never ever saw dosas served without coconut chutney.Next, the dosas were served in short plates and they were falling out on the table; plus the chutneys were placed on the top of dosas which seemed so unhygienic

The quantity of chutneys have been reduced to less than half and is not sufficient…while the prices have been increased…need to do better with quantity

Previous visits I have and would have always rated a 5. Today I cannot do that. First we arrived at about 12:45. We wanted to order curry and rice. We were told no rice had been prepped and it would be at least 1/2 hour. For our second choice we ordered onion pakoras which were over done and the sauce served with it, seemed off or bad. My mother ordered idly vada combo. I ordered channa batura. Mine came first. The batura were so greasy it was clear they were fried in old oil. The channa was greasy and tasteless. I could not finish it as it literally made me feel sick to my stomach. By the time I had eaten my mother still had not received her food. When she did the idly were undercooked, the vada was very greasy and the sambar was subpar.We were very disappointed and feel something has changed either in chef or in cutting costs and using oil that should have been discarded. With so many Indian choices in the City it may be a while before we decide to go back.Vegetarian options: Pure vegetarian with vegan options

This place is so cute with the nice wall paintings and robot server. The food was very tasty. However, the place could be a bit cleaner. The washroom and door to the kitchen were not clean, despite not being busy when I was there. Those kinds of things need to be cleaned daily and you could see they weren't. Also the billing process was very strange. We didn't receive a bill we were just told the amount verbally and handed the machine for payment. We had nothing to look over to verify the amounts or to see if tip was included.
