Waitress wasn't very attentive. Didn't check on the customers very much and wrote down and brought the wrong food. Over heard the another Waitress saying that they were super busy and tired, but restaurant was less than half full.

Don't eat out very often but this is one of few places I'll eat at. I tend to be health conscious and prefer home cooking but I usually feel pretty good after eating at Factory House. Food's great and fresh and very nicely presented. With the higher costs of eating out, I certainly feel like I get my money's worth.

The lettuce wraps are what we come for and the carrot cheesecake tops it all off. Home cooking up a notch with superior service. Highly recommend!

Good food. Enjoyed my meal. Waitress was quick and friendly. Food prepared quickly. Basic breakfast menu.Only problem I had, was they did not have whole wheat bread for my toast. Apart from that... awesome

Lots of great food for an affordable price with their week night meal bundles! Staff is always friendly & polite. A little pricey for drinks & regular meals, but most often it’s a great experience!
