Owner Very rude and insulting...
Chicken Soo Gai was overcooked, dry and hard as a rock. General Tao was so dried and hard couldn't even chew it..Terrible!!
Called them to let them know and our character was insulted! Refused to refund and said bring back all the food now not after you eat half of it..
I would think a business would want to retain their customers and be respectful. There are many other choices..When we returned ALL of the food the owner was very rude but replaced the two combinations...
WILL NEVER RETURN!!

I had the most awful experience eating this food. I ordered spare ribs hong king style, there was only 6 pieces and I was not getting any meat, just breaded bone. Never in my life did I eat breaded bone covered in sauce. Then there was the chicken chop suey, was like eating a soup. Silver dish was filled to the rim with salty watery sauce. Brussels sprouts were drinched losing the crunch. Wings over cooked, was happy with egg rolls and spring rolls so I was happy they got that right. Also I've never had Chinese food delivered so fast , that should have raised a question mark. Food only took 20 min to arrive! Go figure. Every other Chinese restaurant takes at least 40 min because food is cooked fresh from scratch. Felt like I was eating left overs. Could not beleive the rating this place has for serving food like this. It was the rating that had me order from here. Strongly disappointed and strongly do not recommend. I’m sad to give such an awful rating but people have to be honest here. ☹️

Food was cold and I mean everything (egg rolls, gravy, rice, meat .. everything)! I can tell it sat for probably an hour before the time it was supposed to be ready, we arrived at the exact time our preorder was made for .. food is mediocre at best, chicken fried rice is only chicken and rice, no vegetables in it ... The Soo Gai is bland, gravy was cold and gelatinous, lemon chicken sauce tastes extremely artificial and not good. The ONLY good thing about this meal was the Beef Chop Suey (it actually tasted pretty good) and Wings Brand Plum Sauce. The sauces were small portions, the food wasn't over cooked like I've read in other reviews thankfully ... I just have to accept that good quality chinese food left windsor when Pagoda closed it's doors sadly ..... Also picked my order up and never received 10% off as advertised. And finally I was not allowed to substitute my rice because they were "too busy" but weren't busy at all when my meal was to be prepared.

Worst food. Spring rolls were thick with no filling, lemon chicken was raw, no wonton in the soup. For the price paid, should be top notch. When we called in, they hung up on us.

Well spent over near $70 for my daughter's birthday dinner and although hot and speedy delivery called originally at 9:28 called to inquire about the missing sauces for the chicken dishes were missing the gravey for soo gai, and sweet and sour sauce and the balls to insult me by claiming they had been included, i would have to come pick them up and whem i added how i was also charged a delivery fee when, at this price point, Wes to be included in addition to the tip provided proceeded to insult myiintelligence by proclaiming the driver had finished for the evening even though they still had more than an hour to close. So now it's 10: 30 and after some digging I found a gravey mix in the depths of my cupboard and am making my own so I will be able to eat. Do better. Then a fricken credit of sauces. You are far from the only Chinese food establishment around. Tsk Tsk

The food was extremely bland and was not made with love nor passion. Try somewhere else. We ordered the pan fried dumplings, which were deep fried and tasteless. Egg Foo Young had no flavor, and the mushroom and egg drop soup was a disappointment.I will.not return.

I have been ordering from the same 3 Chinese places for years. Tried Gar Won today, the absolute best ever! Everything was fresh taste delicious and the price can't be beat, only downfall is we didn't try it sooner. Found our new Chinese place!

We ordered take out to bring with us to our daughter, son in law and grandchildren for dinner. We ordered a dinner for 4, there was enough for 6 to 8! The food was hot, fresh, delicious and very well packed. The people serving were awesome, very welcoming and friendly. One of the best Chinese Food Restaurants I have experienced !! We will definitely be going back.
