I have ordered many times for pickup. The Indian girl is always nice. The other one is super rude and racist. There's no way to leave a comment for pickup order online so I called after I ordered to tell them leave the drink cup empty as I wanna mix drinks myself. The reason I'm doing it is because last time when I came to pick my food, the drink is already filled up for me and I understand it. So I called in one min I ordered to tell them leave my cup empty and the one who picked my phone is so rude, I told her my name and what I want again and again but she just doesn't listen at all. She said there's no order by my name even after I've already spelled my name to her, and she couldn't find it because she didn't listen and was using the wrong name. Plus I just ordered yesterday using the same name and she was there as well. She's just being rude, bossy and racist and trying to give me a lecture on what should I do instead of calling her while there's no place I can leave a comment for online order.

I got DT, there were no cars or people inside the store, and it still took over 10 min for anyone to get on the speaker to get our order. Then waited another 15 to get the food.

First time going to a Harvey’s and it was alright. The toppings were a lot better than the meat itself, which seemed to have a bunch of spices to mask that it wasn’t very high quality and just another frozen product.

Ordered a poutine, it came with no gravy on it at all, wasn’t too upset simple mistake, but I called to wonder if I could get a proper poutine n the supervisor wants me to come in the next day WITH THE POUTINE, so she wants me to be hungry or spend money on ordering somewhere else, and waste my time by coming back just for a poutine I should’ve had done properly the first time, not mad abt the mistake, mad about the way it was handled.
