This is the first time I've ever written a review and I'm doing so because the service was horrible. Hour and 15 minute wait for pancakes and eggs when it wasn't busy just for the food to be lukewarm and 2 of our dishes had problems, one no cheese and the pancakes were missing whipped cream and blueberries. Waitresses were standing around doing nothing for 80 percent of the time we were there and acted like it was an annoyance when we asked for refills of drinks or yaknow, anything a waitress is expected to do. Food itself was okay, but if you wanna go to Hi Ho go to their other location, way better.

DON'T YOU DARE ORDER FOOD IN THIS BRANCH.. I REMEMBER ONE TIME I ORDER A 10PCS OF BROASTED CHICKEN TO GO IN THIS BRANCH AND THEY SERVED US AN OVERCOOKED VERY SALTY BROASTED CHICKEN. I was happy to find another cool diner to eat at! I am a huge fan of burgers and their's are pretty good,however,I like to have gravy with my fries(on the side). I have ordered gravy every time and the gravy ALWAYS comes full of lumps. I finally said something today. I foolishly assumed the wait person would take the gravy I DID NOT eat,due to being full of lumps,off my bill! She did not! I asked about it and said because she"brought it to me" that the charge would stand! I will NOT be back to this location!!!In my past experience in the restaurant industry,when someone complains,I immediately took that item off their bill and sometimes gave the whole meal for free! I DO NOT expect a free meal but I do expect a complaint to be taken seriously!
