After the movies today, my date and I decided to stop at the rustic table. With a name like the rustic table, I expected a more homeier and warmer interior, however, I found it to be more corporate with many dark colors and not a lot of color accents. We ordered the brie to start followed by chicken wings, followed by the cheesecake of the week which was double chocolate. The brie dish looks impressive when it comes out it's served in a cast iron dish. As I tried it I thought it was alright, but I also felt like it needed more sweetness - the brie was mostly melted. It comes topped with some maple or honey walnuts on top. The nuts do pair nicely but I found that the brie/ nuts weren't that sweet, the seasoning needs adjustment. The crostinis that came with the brie were hard like croutons. I would have appreciated bread that was less toasted. all that being said, we still enjoyed it. It was two for one wing night so we both got a pound of wings and shared them. We got the maple soy ginger sauce and the gojujang sauce. The maple sauce was okay. All I could taste was maple; but the gojujang sauce was fantastic! The double chocolate cheesecake was plated well, I love the accompanying coulis. We tried some cocktails I had a Negroni and me and my date both had mojitos. Both drinks were fantastic but we really loved the mojitos, at $10 a cocktail, It's a bargain drink that is delicious to boot. I forget our server's name but he was courteous and seemed to be knowledgeable about the menu. I read a review of this place that mentioned that this restaurant did not offer anything that other restaurants were not offering and I agree to a certain degree. Nachos tacos quesadillas calamari mussels, pizza, steak tips, poutine these are all things that are popular in many restaurants in town right now. We were informed that there was no pizza during the week. There are other restaurants on that stretch of Tecumseh that offer fresh pizza 7 days a week. All criticism aside, me and my date had a pleasant evening and we do intend to return. Thank you for our delicious dinner.

Server told us a 7oz glass of red wine was $8.50. Turned out it was $14. Server said we were being served 7oz glasses. Turned out it was 4oz. Yes we measured. What a sham. Ordered the jerk chicken- took over an hour. Only one other table of 2. My guess is the chicken was frozen and they were trying to thaw it then cook it. Was bloody inside. Best to be honest next time.

We were pleasantly surprised by the new decor, full patio and new menu. The food was excellent (great flavour) and fairly priced. The service, from being greeted, to our lovely server Lama, was perfect!

So to start off. The restaurant is not very inviting. It's dark and cold and the decor lacks anything unique. The server, although kind, was not knowledgeable of the dishes. We had spinach dip to start which was actually so bad We sent it back after two bites. It was burnt and incredibly dry.We wanted to have the muscles but they didn't have them so we got calamari instead which was okay but nothing other restaurants don't offer. For our entrees, we tried the Thai curry chicken and the Sicilian pasta with shrimp. The curry chicken was delicious and flavorful. The Sicilian pasta was okay but only came with three shrimps.Overall, this restaurant has nothing to offer that many others in Windsor don't. In my opinion it won't last another year. You have to be pretty over the top and special at something to survive in Windsor due to how many great options we have.Nothing I would return for likely a one-time visit. Also, please be aware that 90% of the reviews on Google are not relevant to the current restaurant and pertain to previous restaurants and previous menus offered. The current restaurant should do their due diligence and updating and removing old reviews

Great ,professional service! Chicken wings were absolutely delicious! Their suicide sauce has so much flavors from cilantro, to fresh garlic,. Wide selection of draft beers! Too bad they chose to open when lots of people reconsidering going out to save money! Otherwise, they would be top bar and grill in town!

Concrete and steel "industrial" is not my favorite ambience - totally lacking in warmth. Server was friendly but rather inattentive. Food took forever to arrive - strange, given that there were very few customers when we were there. Perch arrived breaded, not "lightly battered" as listed in the menu and was rather dry. My wife enjoyed the roast potatoes that came with her salmon, but the fish itself was just ok. All things considered, we won't be rushing back.

The service was great and the place was great but the food was a bit expensive, especially for the portion. Some pasta dishes weren't great. The individual pizza was good, but they were a bit over priced. It is a minimum of about $20 + your drink per person.

The place is newer and the atmosphere is nice and clean. I only gave 4 stars because I wish the portions were bigger but I'm also a chubby girl that loves food. They have daily specials so make sure you research before coming! Their food is about $$ in my opinion. The best deal (at time of writing) was Sunday at Pizza for $10 (one per table).Left: Cobb saladMiddle: chicken marinara (I think)Right: cheesesteak Sandwhich

My family and I had reservations on Mother's Day (our first visit) and everything went perfectly. Food was delicious, the waiter was very attentive and checked on us frequently, and my mom was even treated to a free dessert, "just for mom since it's mother's day". All in all it was a great experience. Would definitely go back!

Stopped in here for lunch on a recommendation. We had the place to ourselves. The server was friendly. I had a hankering for a Pina Colada after reviewing the drinks menu, but they didn't have any coconut in stock. We ordered a couple of Rustic Smashes and they were delicious. The server mentioned that the fish and chips were on special so I decided to order the haddock. My partner was going to order the nachos but the server warned him that they were not very good so he should order something else. He decided on the fried chicken sandwich and he was happy with his choice. I, unfortunately, did not care for the fish. It was overcooked and tasted a little old and off. The fries however were very good, the seasoning on them was great. When they saw that I didn't eat the fish they offered me a replacement meal but the fish had left a bad taste in my mouth, litterly, so I declined. When I was paying for our meals the server mentioned that he doesn't like the fish either. I can't decide if I feel like he should've warned me before I ordered like he did my partner, or that he should've been more loyal to the restaurant and not turn people off dishes. After returning home that night I found out they had a taco special for Cinco De Mayo that was never mentioned to us. From the photos it looked great, a lot better than the fish special. I wish it would've been mentioned to me, I would've enjoyed that much more than the fish. I have heard that the pizza is good so maybe I will return for a drink and give that a try.

Other then the waitress, our visit was not a good experience. Our nachos were cooked in the same oil as the fish, that's all you could taste with every bite. Thankfully none of us are allergic to fish. But again, the waitress was lovely.

I always intend to take pictures of the amazing presentation but then just dive in when the food arrives. WE did our typical Friday night date night here as it was somewhere new to try. They did not disappoint. Service was spot on, food was amazing. WE would definitely comeback again.
