Picked up food today around 4:50. Get home and everything is stone cold. Fries are all crinkled from them being old and cold. Chicken and gravy both cold. More wings in a 10pc Chicken than I've ever seen. So pissed off. I tried calling but no answer. Last time for here ever again. I will be going back there tomorrow.

My wife tried to order a 14 piece bucket meal at 8:10 pm they said they only have 6 pieces. So she came back and told me what happened and I said they don't close till 9:00 p.m. so I tried to go back in but they locked the doors at 8:13. The staff couldn't be bothered with making more than 45 minutes before closing we are not happy with this.

Horrible experience don't go there bad service, closing time was 11pm they closw earlier always an issue chicken was over loaded with oil nasty. Those Indians rained. They have taken over all kfc in town dont follow the standards when cooking nasty. Bad experience.

The service is horrible and always a long wait for every order i have had ...the breadinv on th chicken was poor and the fries were way over seasoned ...i have to prder a new batch with no salt and there was half the fries ...the it a cultural difference as to why the service is so bad ...hire more locals to get things done right ..i wont be back at any KFC until i see a cultural change in many cultures working at once not just one ...their h Hygiene is horrible as well not washing hand frequently.

Absolutely horrible waited two hours and waiting on a refund for 25$ for 5 days because of their first cancellation and then spent an entire other 25$ so I can get my meal to only it show up and receive 1 in 4 items, then tells me no refund unless I show up (I don’t drive so doesn’t help me) then said I could get a delivery to tell me they closed because I spent so long trying to come up with a solution with the manager , you were staying behind to clean anyway so you could’ve helped your customer. Now I’m out 50$ for no food. Never will I support kfc again.

I went to kfc today in the morning, the customer service was good and greeted me well. But I ordered 4 piece chicken when I reached at work, the chicken was having foul odour and I guarantee the chicken is expired. I’m highly disappointed with this place and never gonna come back. The management of the store have to check whether the chicken is ok to serve or not. 0/10 And I will make sure that I report this situation to the FOOD AND SAFETY DEPARTMENT

I am currently writing this while I have been sitting in my car for 21 min. They took 3 min to answer my “hello?” In the intercom, I thought it was closed but I saw that it was open. And once i paid they told me to wait by the drive thru window for 5 min and they finally got me my sandwich after 20. Absolutely

Honestly the chicken was bad. It did not taste like KFC rather just somewhat fried chicken. There was oil/grease at the bottom. The chicken popcorn was not properly cooked either. The Staff was friendly!

Worst ever bought the family individual meals non of our food was fully cooked right down to the cold gravy on for the poutines cheese wasn't even melted. Still needed to eat so tried eating we all woke up this morning fighting for the bathroom everyone who ate last night woke up with diarrhea and upset stomachs ...... DO NOT EAT HERE ...THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME WE'VE HAD PROBLEMS HERE BUT IT WILL BE THE LAST .. NEVER AGAIN
