Had my husband waiting while they were screwing around and playing in the back never have anything ready they have a sign in the store that states if they didn't ask u for crazy it's free so my husband requested his free because they didn't ask so then the guy asks if he wants to buy one after that and now bc he asked its not free they also lied and gave him the wrong pizza horrible place we will never be back to any of their locations again husband thinks they were high

I dont like to judge without a few experiences, and I don't expect a fast food place to be consistent, but quality control with the service has been repeatedly awful. Orders that were never received, "freshly made" food that looks and tastes stale, and I've returned food without even asking for a replacement because clearly somethings wrong here that I haven't seen be an issue at other locations.
