As far as the atmosphere and the people who work here the restaurant is clean and people working are friendly and alertAs far as the prepared food that is questionable sometimes you get a nice pizza crazy bread Made well and hot with adequate toppings toppingsother times the food is complete trash yes I mean complete trash dry overcooked maybe cold inadequate toppings leaving it tasteless this is not a five-star restaurant by any means but every restaurant has its standards and should be held to them people are paying good money nothing is freelately it's been hit-and-miss with the crazy bread I know it's not a really expensive item but it is a go to item that they are known for and they should at this point in the game not be making mistakes on this item twice now I have purchased it and it was dry no butter on it no crazy sauce parmesan cheese no toppings just dry bread maybe lightly buttered but not like it's supposed to be. The food should remain consistent on how it's prepared I find now they have new people working in the establishment that might not be properly trained and preparing the food inconsistently rushing through leaving an end result that is tasteless and unsatisfactoryI have brought this to the manager's attention went in the other day and received a replacement with resistance at first but was made right which I appreciate yesterday I went in to purchase crazy bread got another bad order. I'm not looking for any more replacement I'm just here to complain and make it known they can do better I know they can and the food will come out properAdvice that I can offer is make sure staff is properly trained and anyone preparing food puts appropriate topping on all items

If there was a option of not giving any stars. I could have done that. Yesterday night (13-09-2023) I went to this store around 11PM and there was this short lad with glasses I'm not sure what his name was, he was so rude and behaved as if like he was a racist. He handled my food with bare hands and I'm not sure whether he cleaned it before he decided to touch it. He had no idea how to deal a customer. I have worked in a fast food industry earlier and I was taught to value the customers but in this store it's entirely different. He threw away those things as if like I got it for free,Make sure this doesn't happen the next time.

Ordered a delivery of a pizza It arrived way over cooked and cold.Reorder and the same issue. I left a review and the next day customer called and credit the cost of the pizza and gave me a store credit as well. I was very impressed. My next orders were fine.
