We ordered food for delivery on a Friday night from the Windsor location. The lemon chicken was pretty good, but the chicken fried rice was very plain with bean sprouts, a sprinkle of chopped green onion, egg and tiny bits of chicken in it. All 3 dishes were almost the same colour. The Shanghai noodles were very disappointing. The picture on their website shows this dish with red pepper and green vegetables in it…our dish had only cheap cabbage. I had eaten at their Niagara Falls location only 2 weeks ago and was so impressed with it that I ordered it here. I guess next time I will have to ask for this dish to be prepared the same way they do for their buffet. Food arrived hot and in less time than expected.

Had a delightful dinner tonight at the Mandarin restaurant. Our server Lyric was very sweet and was by far the best server I've had in many years. The atmosphere was great. The food was amazing. A definite return trip to this venue.

I went to Mandarin last night with my cousin for the first time and we had an amazing experience!! The place was beautiful, super clean, and the staff were super nice and welcoming. Maria served us yesterday and she made our experience even better!! She made sure we got everything we needed and recommended delicious drinks. The food was good.. we got noodles, sushi, fried shrimp, fried rice as well as a variety of sweets. Everything was fresh and tasted as good as it looked. I would definitely go again!! Highly recommend!!! Thanks Maria for being the sweetest!! :)

Still no reply?? Been waiting for over 1 month without a reply. Not nice!!! Still waiting. The manager told me that corporate does the responses. I’ve never received a reply otherwise I would give 5⭐️. Excellent experience. Yummy food. Shrimp shrimp shrimp!!! Can’t go wrong. Nice promotions on the wine. Chardonnay from Jackson-Triggs VQA Reserve for $24. Yummy red velvet cake and always-good bread pudding. A very nice experience today. Waitresses were great. Peggy and Sandgru were fantastic. Update January 16: Jane was my server. Excellent waitress. Update January 20: Peggy was my server. She’s great! January: Jane is my server again. Everything is good although I did not like that they leave the red wine at room temperature. NOT GOOD. It should still be chilled to around 15C. Giving it to me too hot makes the wine not drinkable.

I loved some items, I didn’t like others. But I loved the buffet nevertheless. I tried a bit of most stuff. Their frozen yogurt is very yummy and I would’ve eaten two more cups if I wasn’t (trying to be) on a diet. You can’t go wrong with the General Tao chicken, the noodles, vegetable fried rice, spring rolls, beef steak, and chicken wontons.

Our first visit to this location for takeout. Our food was prepared to the excellent quality that we have come to expect from our visits to numerous locations around Brampton and the Golden Horseshoe. The only reason we rate 4.5 stars (if we could) is due to one missing item. The Chicken \u0026 Veg without the Almonds was still quite tasty.

Peggy was the best! She made sure we enjoyed the food and she made us feel so welcome. Will definitely be back!

Food was surprisingly good. Considering its a buffet with a Chinese theme. Appreciated the variety and taste was alright. My only suggestion would be that drinks could arrive a little quicker but otherwise would definitely try again

We were here for Dinner. We came around 5 pm and this place was busy on a Sunday, holiday weekend. I don't know if they make reservations. But they accommodate their walk-in guests very well. Reception: We waited about 5 - 10 min to have our seats available. The reception person is welcoming, apologetic and friendly. He assured us about our table was being cleaned and ready. . Ambiance: Well decorated. I like the interior designs and color. Table set up is amazing. It is above average for a typical Chinese Buffet Restaurant. Lots of seatings - table and chairs to accommodate their customer. Great for a one person up to group seating. Service: As we seat. The server came to give us a clean and fresh hot towel. Server were very attentive. They come every 5 min to check on us and get our empty plates, served water and handing extra table napkins. We were impressed of the fast service. We don't have to wait for the server to come if we need anything. They clean the table and set it up right after the customers done dining and get it ready for the next guests. Food and Drinks: An ample of selections. From drinks, soup, salad, appetizers, grill sections, sushi, main dishes to the desserts and fruits area all are beyond our expectations. Everything tastes amazing. The whole buffet area is clean and the food trays is being re-filled often. Price: A little bit above average Parking: Outdoor parking and spacious parking spots. Got the benefit of being connected to the mall Bathroom: Clean with music. Wifi: None. So be ready to dine and eat, and not using your cell phone Overall: We highly recommend this Buffet restaurant. You should try and make your tummy happy. Kudos to the whole admin and staff of Mandarin Buffet restaurant.

After taking a break from The Mandarin the last few years we thought it was time to return as we have been faithful customers for years at many locations. There was a party of 4 of us that went for an early dinner arriving just after 5pm hoping to avoid the rush. We were seated right away. My husband waited eagerly for his lemon scented towel that arrived lukewarm at best. Same on the way out......The floors were quite noticeably dirty which really shocked me. Cleanliness at Mandarin was always right up there with food quality. The hand sanitizer was empty, and whereas I would think more wiping and cleaning of service utensils we didn't notice any! The fullness and variety was lacking and the overall quality had gone down. Very sad. Our water was filled, but there was no ice and it was warm. No asking about more hot water for tea either. The price was quite high for what was available. I knew the prices had increased but didn't realize the quality and atmosphere had decreased. I told my husband to remind me of this visit if I'm tempted to try it again.

Loved it! Delicious food for only $25.99 for lunch and $30.99 for dinner. Seniors get 20% off. Great food, great ambiance, great prices. There are THREE dessert buffet tables and several other salty food ones. So many different types of chicken, beef, ice creams, cakes, Chinese food, and even some sushi. Everything warm and fresh. Restaurant was not busy at 2PM on a Saturday, which was perfect. Nice music, but a bit loud where I sat under the speaker. It looks like they have space for events as well.

I don't like buffet restaurants so didn't want to go there but I am happy I ended up there, we were there for lunch and my experience before this restaurant was cheap food , not too many selections for lunch. Here the food was plentiful, and very good. I couldn't try everything but what I tried was fantastic, the service was unequal to anything you and I have seen before! Highly recommended!
