The Roundhouse Centre location on Howard is probably the worst McDonald’s in the city.Not only is it very inconvenient to get in and out of during peak traffic hours, but you also have to deal with a very unpleasant set of staff members.On multiple visits I have been given attitude in drive-thru because they expect you to order a certain way, which is something I don’t experience at other locations.The smoothie machine doesn’t fill up the cups to the top, and the staff/manager refuses to top it up if you call them out on it. Again, something that only happens at this location. The other locations fill them properly so you don’t even have to ask.They, more often than not, have 1 lane closed in drive-thru. When that happens, they often try to tell you to pull up front to wait. The problem is, they’ll say that your food will be out in 3-5 minutes while I’ve had to wait 8-10 minutes at times. This is even when I’ve placed a mobile order IN ADVANCE.I now go out of my way to visit other McDonald’s locations.

Third time in past month and the service needs improvement. Prior, never had too much issues.I tried the mobile order and we arrived several minutes after the set time and still had to pull ahead and wait almost 15 more minutes and it was not a busy hour.Second visit to last missing napkins, straws and one complete combo. And today left out a fry and the pop was wrong. Not a big issue this time but after 2 previous problems, it built up. I expect this from taco bell which 9 out of 10 times in the past year forgets half the order and always have to go back in to collect

Drive thru is horrible. Place your order and park and they will bring it too you . Very slow.
The drive through lights were off and no attendant, when proceeded to the window I was shocked by the rudeness of the branch manager, he made us go around again to place order through the drive through?He was not polite in his approach and did not deal with this situation professionally.

This McDonalds location is by far the best & it’s the cleanest one i’ve been too the staff is amazing I use to go to Dougall but switched to these guys I work midnights in the area and with not much of a choice to eat I always go here never made my order wrong or had something missing the food is always hot and fresh and don’t have to wait long at all the midnights guy there I believe his name is Aashu is amazing very polite and professional not sure if he is the manager but he manages the store very well makes sure everyone food is fresh and fast I would recommend 100%

On Sunday night close to midnight I came to this McDonald’s and said hello 3 times through the drive through and no one responded. I waited a bit and drived off assuming it was closed .. there was literally NO customers and the lights were mostly closed. Then when I got to the last window I realized there were 2 men standing. The white guy didn’t say anything but the other guy opened the window and started yelling at me saying “ I responded to you but you drove off so now you’re gonna have to go back and order again !!!!” Then he shuts the window aggressively without even giving me a chance to respond. It was literally so rude and uncalled for seeing how it was his fault for not responding in the first place and there were zero customers so I don’t see why he had to be all dramatic about it. Anyways all I wanted was fries but I drove off cause I felt attacked.
