I came to pick up an online order but as usual they didn't started until I asked them, they were sitting inside the kitchen on the table speaking to each other and laughing, every I came to this store I will wait for them to pick up the receipt from the machine and start the order , you guys switch off the online orders if you are not interested to do it , you are wasting everyone's time

Mucho Burrito is your standard chain burrito place, but this is a Big Jon approved place - way better than Barburrito and Quesada.My family and I have moved around a lot and this location in the Devonshire Mall may have the best staff working there. The woman today made the burrito with care and did NOT skimp on any of toppings! I know it isnt the healthiest, but I ask for double wrap because then every bite is that perfect texture and ratio of ingredients!! You should also ask for it toasted on all sides to make the tortilla crispy everywhere.My wife and I ate for just under $40 for lunch and it was top notch!Enjoy!!

When i went for the order there, i was informed that you just get little quantity of cheese and everything, they don’t put proper cheese and everything, they don’t want to give customers even the quantity that generally comes in burrito bowl.. very bad experience, would not recommend people to visit.

The food is very good here . But the staff is very rude and literally shouted at me and my friend saying that we should not teach her how to carry out her job . We just pointed out the toppings which we wanted and did not know the salsa names . She started shouting at us for pointing out the toppings we need and we told at least put labels so that we can tell what we want . Very bad and rude service !!
