Only one time so far my pizza was a little burnt on the bottom. Seems the employees were young and didnt have the care of the more seasonal employees. Maybe make sure your kids are better trained to fill the task at hand..

I ordered a 24 slice pizza from Naples pizza on Prince road at Windsor Ontario. It's on the West side. The guy who made the pizza have no clue how to make a pizza. He is unprofessional and very rude. And got aggressive and hung the phone in my face. When I complained about the pizza. The pizza was burned from the bottom. Not enough vegetables or cheese or nothing. It was like we're eating. Burn the bread with sauce on it. I won't recommend anybody to buy from Naples pizza. On Prince road, you should complain about your pizza. To the head office if you received it from that store. And a poor condition, My phone number is 2265060107.
You should call me and ask me. And I will recommend for you another place for pizza. This store is ruining Naples pizza reputation.

The Dougall location is very inconsistent quality wise. The owner Al is a nice guy and makes a great pizza himself but his staff is hit and miss. Don't bother ordering double cheese, as most times they charge you for it and you don't get any extra. I don't mind spending $50 for a pizza but with that I have a certain expectation of quality and consistency. Even when you call to complain about an issue they don't bother calling you back. My best advice call and see if Al's working and ask him to personally make your pizza.
