Stale Food. No customer service. I wouldn’t try vegetarian again. Street Side Sweet Corn smelled as soon as we opened box. Chicken Biryani was ok, but Guntur Subhani pulav had stale chicken. Not consistent restaurant to try.

We ordered Biryani, Starters, and Pulav, but upon receiving them, we found the Pulav to have a bad smell. When we called to inform them, they defended their dish, claiming it's usually good and no complaints have been received before. Disappointingly, they didn't apologize for the inconvenience. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with both the service and the food quality.

All 5 star ratings you might see are promoted by owner and his connections.Please don’t waste your money behind biryanis.They give joke in terms of quantity. They write 4-5 people for serving and the food we get is not enough for even 3 people. Total waste of money in terms of taste as well.
The food and ambience is good. But have decided never to go again because of their customer service. The staff is extremely rude and they try to justify things in a wrong manner. We had to wait for our food for almost 1.5 hours and still did not get the last item because it was already 11:30pm. Instead of apologising, one of the staff members told us that it was just an hour & not 1.5 hours and then also behaved very disrespectfully. Extended waiting time is something that you can adjust with but not with the kind of treatment you get. Decided to never go back because it is important to feel respected and not get good food after being disrespected.

Today I dined at the restaurant and I was extremely disappointed with the quantity of the food. Shabji for 2 people was hardly even sufficient for one. Half an onion cost us $2. Naan and roti looked and tasted exactly the same, it was very thin and crispy. The waiting time was way too long.

I was notably disappointed with our recent dining experience at this restaurant. Despite ordering two paneer and two non-vegetarian dishes for our group of six, we were let down by the identical recipes of the paneer dishes and the insufficient quantity of all the servings, which were clearly not enough even for two people. Additionally, the service was slower than expected, with a wait of about 15 minutes just for three naans, which considerably disrupted our mealtime. This combined lack of variety, inadequate portion sizes, and delayed service resulted in an underwhelming experience, and I hope the restaurant addresses these issues to improve future customer satisfaction.
