Kinda new to Windsor area.One restaurant crossed off my list.Very mediocre food.All servers are teenagers with no experience and anyone to guide them.Ordered dish took a bite, was awful. Returned to kitchen and still got charged for it. I didn't eat the meal but got charged for it.Wouldn't pass in courtroom with Judge Judy.

Good quality food, elevated flavours, and location just off the Ambassitor Bridge. Perfect after long road trip.
This was my first visit here. The service was quick, and my pho was delivered to the table in only a couple of minutes. I had the special pho. Good amount of meat and noodles. The broth was flavourful and rich. My only complaint is the sauce selection. They only had some off brand Sriracha sauce which had an odd flavor, and wasn't very spicy. If there was some chili garlic paste or some chili vinegar it would definitely of spiced this up. I still give it 5 stars because the core pho soup was good.

This was the worst experience in a Thai Pho restaurants. I did wait 35 min before they take my order. They served three table around me in that time and these customers arrived after me.The service is not good at all. The good is not better.First time there and It will be my last.

First time trying this cuisine. The beef pho was enjoyable, serving size is fit for 3 people unless you have a huge appetite. Shrimp rolls with peanut sauce were also enjoyable (I'd say these are healthier option to deep-fried ones you get with chinese food). Sat there for maybe 15 mins or more, and no server came by (seems you need to write your order on a receipt that's on the table and bring to counter). Will go back to try more menu options and update review accordingly.

Updated review: Portion sizes have gotten way smaller. The waitresses don't know how to use the payment machine and don't know how to load the gift cards. It's one waitress in particular. I've had the same issue on multiple occasions and so have my family. Family was double charged on their last visit. It's either bad training, incompetence or intentional.

Their pho is just bad …. Very fatty they use frozen veggies where it taste like the ice melted in your soup. It’s really sad that there is so many better options for pho in Windsor and I happened to come try this place. The servers are rude too and over charge you! Will not be coming

Do yourself a favour and chose any other pho place in Windsor.Their chicken pho was so bad my girlfriend didn’t even eat it and when she expressed what she didn’t like they didn’t care and charged her $3 for more having the chicken on the side.
