I walked into this location today and left shortly after. There were two employees working, and if they weren't behind the counter, you wouldn't be able to tell. The female employee was wearing a hooded sweater with the hood on... not very professional for a well-known chain. I also had to greet myself to the store. No one said a word to me or attempted any type of contact until I forcefully waved hello to the cashier and the other guy working. Sad world we live in.

I understand the immigrants want to work for a living but most of them can’t even add numbers. Or spell a name. It’s ridiculous. They’re under-qualified. I got overcharged $10 so either they don’t know 7+3 or the workers are skimming. Why do I have to wait 12 minutes for you to figure out how to refund me 9.55? It’s getting weird

ordered a chicken Caesar wrap but the guy there couldn't remeber to put dressing on the thing, u know the stuff it comes with before finishing wrapping it and pressing it, I guess it my bad for assuming there's a standard for what goes on a wrap with a designated sauce! don't go during the night and u might get decent service, with someone who knows what there doing, 7$ doesn't justify crappy service and when asking to reward he said they're closing even tho it was 10 minutes before close when they were finishing the wrap!

Came into Pita Pit around 8:45pm, they close at 9pm. Vatsal was cleaning and closing and I asked him if I could order after he cleaned the grille. He said yes. I told him I’ll get something else it’s okay. He insisted I order and made me an amazing pita. Great customer service and hospitality.

This location is my fav! I love how new and clean it looks in there! The manager that works there is a very sweet girl. Everytime she sees me walk in she knows im the gluten free lol. Imma be honest, I go to pita pit wayy too much lol. I just absolutly love that you guys have the GF pitas! Every time that manager is there, she makes it perfect and makes sure I leave happy! Never a bad experience?
