Rude customer service. Not even they keep getting the orders wrong, also try to justify their mistakes with wrong attitudes. It is really disappointing to see Pizza Hut keep loosing customers starting from few years back because of these type of customer services.Is it lack of training or there Is no one setting a good example for them?As a 20 years pizza hut loyal customer I will stop ordering any kind of food from this branch till they train their staff to learn how to treat their customers....

Your pizza taste like garbage now. Your cheap with the toppings and oh yanur 50% off deal.today made me laugh. I was gonna order 2 mediums pizzas.to be shocked even with the 50% off deal 1 single pizza is 11$ for a medium with 50% off. Meaning u have the audacity to charge 22%.for a medium when your pizza is garbage the worst in the world.

I ordered 2 medium pizzas and it took over 2 hours to get here. I called at 40 minutes and and they told me it was being packed, then i called again at 2 hours and they told me they were sorry and they were just sending it out. the pizza was lukewarm when it got here so i had to drive there and get it remade while still paying for delivery.

I ordered from Uber eats one and the offer said (buy 1 get 1 free) I contact the store prior to ordering the food if this offer was true and they did confirmed it. I then ordered and the delivery driver showed up with one pizza. So I had the delivery driver call Uber eats one and the pizza hut store on Dougall. They confirmed that they would resend two pizzas that I ordered after I went through all the stress of making my point. Now it's been over 50 mins and I have yet to receive the pizzas. Now they won't answer my phone calls and I ordered the food already. Also the service is terrible they try to blame their customers for technical issues they and the delivery services are having. They don't take accountability for their mistakes and technical errors. This is one of the worst pizza stores I have ever ordered from and I will never order from this place again. I'm writing this now because they refuse to answer my phone call. Is this the level of professionalism I can expect from a franchise like this Pizza Hut? Two thumbs down ??!!!

Placed an online order on Christmas Eve at 8:30pm, the website said the store closes at 11pm. The store attendant called us at 8:45 to say they couldn’t deliver to our address, when we asked if we could pick it up he said they were closed. I called from a different number at 8:46pm to see if he just didn’t want to make our large order and he told me he wouldn’t take my order because they close at 9pm. Awful customer service!!!

If I could put zero stars I would. Usually no issues but I ordered through doordash today and the girl at the counter asked for $20 on top of the $47 that was already paid on the app. Didn’t try to see that there’s a discrepancy in the price and just kept insisting we give the money even with the receipt provided to her. Nice try trying to rip your customers off. Thief
