Picked up dinner from the Pomegranate. There was no flavour in any of the meals. The rice looked like it was sitting around for awhile, hardly any chicken in my chicken lowmein.Won’t be eating from there again.Still haven’t had good Chinese in Windsor yet.Service was good

Ordered general tao combination plate for one. Rice was cold and chicken hard, not a fan. The only thing good with my meal was the fortune cookie. Will never order from here again.

Emma, Megan (sp?) and their staff are exceptional. Friendly, funny and welcoming. Megan has an uncanny ability to remember your favourite dish, or any dietary restrictions. They easily accommodated our party of 25 for our mom's 90th birthday celebration. We have never been disappointed with Pomegranate.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp in the entrance, allowing easy access for walkers or wheelchairs.

Since the early 70’s I’ve been a customer and after trying a few more Chinese takeout, well it’s always the Pomegranate Chinese Cuisine Restaurant for me. Excellent quality made food. Certainly not chinstrap on portion sizes either. Very polite owners x staff. Five stars all the way around.Parking: Safe location.Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy for my elderly mother to use her Walker.

Awesome Chinese food. Eating at the restaurant is a nice, quiet and relaxing experience, and when one wants to stay in, delivery doesn't ever take long enough from cooking to your door to cause the food to go cold, still holding that hot and freshly made goodness. Owner and employees are wonderful people, and the prices are average to slightly below everywhere else (not to mention, the food is better and you get a larger quantity, in my experiences)Will always recommend this place to friends and family.

My wife and I have been coming here for many years, and we are never disappointed. The service when dining in is always excellent, but tonight, we ordered take-out. The gentleman who delivered our meal was on time and friendly. We ordered the General Tao, Crispy Beef, Chicken Balls, and stir fry noodles. Best Chinese in the city hands down. Thank you for the great quality and friendly service.

My recent order (approx. $100) was disgusting!!! All the food was cold and delivery was nearly an hour late. I requested very minimal oil & no MSG. Both requests were ignored. My family used to meet at restaurants once a month (to celebrate birthdays) and Pomegranate was one of our regular choices because the food used to be good. For the past few years, the quality was hit and miss. Is it under new management or is there a new cook? I normally order enough food to make freezer meals from half of the food but nothing was worth freezing or reheating. Nearly all the food went in the garbage. I was able to eat the large shrimp and the chicken pieces (value $5.00). Egg Foo Young - Eggs were burnt & greasy. Broken egg shells. Sprout ends dried out. Gravy strange colour, black/burnt flecks & smelled spoiled. Gravy was in a separate container. I dumped the gravy and tried putting new gravy over the eggs. It still tasted burnt and went in the garbage. Chop Suey - Sprout ends were dried out. Shrimp Pan - Shrimp was good. Vegetables were old & tasted bad. Lor Mein - Sprout ends were dried out. Noodles were stuck together at one side in a clump. Gai Pan - Chicken was good. Vegetables were old & tasted bad. I ordered enough to avoid grocery shopping for a week. I've had to settle for canned food for the week instead. I can't afford to waste $100!

The best Chinese food in Windsor. There's actually big pieces of Chicken in the Chicken Soo Guy and it's still crispy in the peanut sauce.

So disappointed. My family spent 130.00 for a big order and food was very unappetizing. Will never order again.
