I ordered the veggie bowl and I felt like it had no flavour at all. It was $12 and not worth it. I ate it because I was starving but I wouldn’t get it again.I got a combo and it cost me about $20 with tax for chips and queso and a drink. I was encouraged to do this by a staff member who I think was new and perhaps didn’t know the prices. I felt like for what you got it was sooo overpriced. I realized I was definitely over charged and the lady who helped me was very sweet and adjusted this for me.I dined in and honestly with the spoon and fork they provide I thought it was going to break.

Place has gone down hill.Watched as they scraped the bottom of the trays for my toppings. Almost like the owner didn’t want to spend money to have fresh toppings available, making workers use up what was left.

I ordered two burritos thru uber eats from this restaurant and i only 1. Upon calling the restaurant they asked me to come over and pickup another burrito. If I was able to pickup I would not get it delivered thru uber eats. They made excuses that their employee was new and she forgot. Other than this they said “we cannot do anything else”. Very unprofessional

I did pickup order through uber today, staff was kind and helpful.Note for owner: rice was completely under cooked and raw. Please train your staff to follow proper procedure to cook rice and taste / check before serving to customer.

My experience at Quesada was nothing short of disappointing. After spending $35 on a burrito food bowl and churros, I was met with a frustrating ordeal. The lack of cutlery provided with the food left me unable to eat my meal at work. Upon calling the restaurant and speaking with Mellisa, the supervisor, the situation went from bad to worse. Mellisa's responses were far from helpful, demonstrating a lack of understanding and empathy for a basic customer concern.When I inquired about the absence of cutlery, Mellisa confirmed that the food bowl should come with it. However, instead of addressing the problem and finding a solution, she began to play the blame game. She interrogated her coworker, who admitted to forgetting to include cutlery in my order. What shocked me most was Mellisa's inability to comprehend the concept of customer service. When I questioned how she would have reacted had her coworker falsely claimed to have included cutlery, she dodged the question and twisted my words.Mellisa's attempts to divert responsibility and downplay the situation were infuriating. She failed to recognize that as a paying customer, my frustration was valid. Instead of showing genuine concern or offering to remedy the situation, she dismissively stated that she didn't see the problem. Her lack of professionalism and customer service was evident.As the conversation progressed, Mellisa's behavior became even more concerning. Her decision to hang up on me, citing feeling "harassed," was a clear indication of her inability to handle customer interactions. Rather than addressing my concerns, she chose to avoid the conversation entirely.What troubled me most was Mellisa's misguided focus on contacting Uber as a solution. It's clear she failed to grasp that the issue lay with her restaurant's failure to provide cutlery, not with the delivery service. Mellisa's lack of accountability, coupled with her defensive and evasive attitude, left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated with the overall experience.In conclusion, my encounter with Quesada left a bitter taste in my mouth, and it wasn't just because of the absent cutlery. The food had to be thrown away. Mellisa's handling of the situation showcased a lack of customer service skills, accountability, and basic problem-solving abilities. It's disheartening to see a supervisor so disconnected from the needs and concerns of their patrons. My hope is that Quesada takes this feedback as an opportunity for growth and improvement in their customer service standards.

Staff dealing with customers is too much bad. Even they don’t have manners like if customer greets to staff they don’t know how to give them greetings back their behaviours r so bad. Please any don’t waste their money in this restaurant.????

Ordered with Uber eats online. Burrito bowl at 11:55pmRice was just 20% cooked and added into burrito bowl. I wish who ever prepared this I want them to eat same of this uncooked riceSpecial note to owner: please make sure do not send rice like this to customers, will get stomach cramps if we eat this raw uncooked rice. This is completely unacceptable and cannot be eatable. At least chicken and some lettuce on the top filled my hungry stomach during night but this is also not fresh. YaakkkkChef should have basic common sense of cooking rice properly.

Just spent 20 dollars on a bowl and it's inedible. I ordered spicy chicken, but this is beyond spicy. The portion was small, the toppings sparse and the attitude sucked. First time and the last time I eat here.

This particular place always had amazing staffs on duty. Never disappoint me ever. All of my orders since 2016 until now always been prepared well.Their customer handling also worth a thumbs up.My favs are Flamed chicken bowl burritos, used to be steak burritos but now ground beef & churros with nutella dip.Their best flavored beverage in my opinion is Jaritos
