I'm sad to say that Roma's is on the way out. They've drastically raised their prices over the last year, quality seems to have gone down, and I'd swear that their Queen pizza has gotten smaller. At the "queen" size, Franco's gives you 17% more pizza for 9% less, not including the free 2L pop they'll give you. That means that Roma's is 29% more expensive! On top of that, we generally order double mushrooms, which would count as two toppings at most other restaurants. At Roma's, they consider it a double topping which is a $6 upcharge on a Queen, regardless of number of toppings. That is their choice, but it means that the same pizza is $10 more at Roma's than at Naples or Franco's.

I used to absolutely love this place. The food is still good but nowadays there are no good specials except for Thursday and the prices in my opinion are outrageous. Can of pop is like 3$. Sorry to let you go but we won’t be back until something changes. New ownership needed in my opinion.

Ordered a chicken in a pita for take out and I couldn’t have been anymore disappointed. No lettuce and super soggy tomatoes. Bottom of the pita was burnt too. My husband ordered their pizza burger and it tasted ok but the bun was very stale. Won’t be returning and would not recommend.

First time here...looked it up online, was a bit concerned about the pricing for the pasta, but wanted to check it out. First, service was excellent...super friendly, prompt and lots of great suggestions and when I mentioned I was thinking about a pasta, she advised right away that the pasta dishes are basically double portions, which took care of my pricing concerns. So I ordered the Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and "2 Meatballs" which I assumed meant the meatballs would be huge. This would be the ONLY part of the meal I found disappointing, the meatballs were just normal average size, would have welcomed a few more. That being said, the pasta dish was massive. The meat sauce was tasty, home made, slightly just the right amount of greasy and thick and delicious. And she was right, I was hungry, needed some comfort food and didn't think there was a chance I'd have leftovers, yet here I am at home with a bag in my fridge for lunch tomorrow. I happily give this spot a ⭐ 5 Star ⭐ review and plan on checking out what looks like a delicious pizza menu in the new year. Thanks Romas!!

Fries were extremely dried out and unedible like they had been sitting out all night. When I called to complain, I was basically called a liar. I'll have to cut my loses and just never go back.
We were there on Sunday Nov 19th for a Birthday lunch. I have to say that the pizza was terrible. It was over cooked, crust was like cardboard, in my opinion, a frozen pizza tastes much better. Terrible food, service wasn't much better... would NOT recommend this place to anyone!

Food was excellent, the waiter was absolutely amazing. The friendliest person I have ever met, she kept my daughter entertained the whole time I got the chicken Parmesan with penne, the plate was huge! It was a little pricey. $35. I will definitely be returning.

They did a fantastic job on Canada day with my 2 king sized Canadian pizzas for my party. Everybody loved it and I would definitely recommend this place if you are hungry for true Windsor pizza
