Update: went in again today. I would like to start with mentioning the environment is well maintained and clean, the staff was very friendly and the wait time for food was roughly only 30 mins! The Chicken quesadilla was delicious, it had a good amount of chicken/cheese, and was evenly cooked with no burnt spots. The fries were amazing, perfect crisp to soft ratio and honestly I love the amount of salt! I got a long island ice tea to drink, they made it different but it was still good. All around id say this time was much better and I definitely plan to be back and would 100% suggest this restaurant.

I cannot recommend this place any less due to poor management. They clearly need to pay more to retain employees or something as it's always someone new. When the food is actually made properly it's good but employees quit too much.Recently been here twice. Asked for a plain sandwich, the kitchen messed up and put condiments on the burger but then tried to scrape them off and serve it with partial sauces.Second time we went as a group of four and got sat down, the server let us know it was his second day which was fine, however he didn't let us know that it was the chefs first day in. 45 minutes later after taking our orders he let us know that a skip order had come in and they had to do it first despite our order being first. An hour and 10 minutes after we had gotten there we had received one person's food but we're advised everything else would be at least 15 minutes more and that the chef was making every meal one by one that was unacceptable. A group eats together. Decided to leave and go eat at John Max's which was lovely.

Sat there for over an hour waiting for food just for them to only bring out a chicken quesadilla which was burnt!! Ended up just leaving and going elsewhere! I shouldn't have to wait over an hour for food!

The experience was ok, the best part is that anywhere you look there is a T.V. However 70$ for 1.5 pitchers and half a nacho appetizer is insane.Once it comes to service, there is still something to be desired. It's clear that when they are close to max capacity or at capacity. The standards of their service completely drop. We received no dishes or utensils with our Nachos, so we asked for some plates. The server came back with bowls that were still wet because there were no clean dishes.There was an issue splitting the bill, how we wanted, so we worked with them and split right down the middle. At this point, I noticed they charged both of us for extra chicken on the nachos that were shared. When asked about their pricing, they claimed one receipt was VOID, so I asked if I could get two new receipts that are not void for tax purposes. Which turned out to be a bigger deal than I thought.I can't make this up. The lady actually scrunched the receipts as she put them on the bar counter. I was super disappointed!!! There are a bunch of items, which are not price listed on the menu. When asked about their pricing, it turned into their employees becoming very short with me. Not willing to explain in detail, very vague with regards to pricing.... felt like something was off.Great venueOverpricedLacking organization

Driving around for a new restaurant, forgot about this place. So decided to try it foe the first time. And as 2 cooks, we are very satisfied! It was amazing, the service was great, and pricing was even better!Will definitely be coming back !

Fun & relaxed atmosphere! You’re always going to have a good time and good conversation with the servers and regulars. Every meal has a twist rather than your typical burger or wrap. 2 for 1 wings Mondays AND Wednesdays is a bonus.

The fellow working the bar/dining room/etc was super pleasant. I just think he was overwhelmed. There was one person in the kitchen and one person for everything else (bartender, waiter, busboy). Things went down hill quickly. Food took nearly an hour to come out (we were a table of 5 and at the time there were only 2 other tables of 2 that had ordered food) . The food was cold when it did arrive. The gravy on their poutines are served on the side but they were cold and clumpy by that point. Hardly warm enough to melt the cheese curds. My burger was undercooked, but I could deal with that. There was no ketchup in the restaurant left. He had one old bottle that had one squirt left. How does a sports restaurant not have ketchup? We saw several patrons walk in and leave in frustration. They simply weren’t ready for the crowd they had. But it was 6pm on a Saturday a block from the wfcu centre on Spitfires opening day - and it’s a sports bar. I think they should’ve anticipated a crowd that day and planned accordingly.Sadly, I don’t think we will be back. It was just too much to overlook.I will say though, that it was clean, and looks like the atmosphere you would want to sit and watch a game and eat in. They just need to fix their logistics issues.

I love the atmosphere of this establishment! They have a great selection of speciality drink options. Try the deep fried pickles, loaded nachos, Sidelines burger. You also can't go wrong with the poutines (my favourite is the honey garlic poutine!!) There's also always some sort of entertainment going on :)

Service was slow waited a long time for my drink and food. Fries had no salt had to get up and get my own salt and napkins! Then the fries were ok. The burger, WORST burger I’ve ever had! It was hard like a rock sorry it was a rock. I think the bun expired a month ago. See picture you could seriously hurt someone with that burger. If I had tried biting into it, I would have broken all my front teeth! I could barely crumble it with my hands. Really put a damper on my alone time, just wanted to enjoy a meal and take a break from chores. This place disappointed me it was my first and last time eating here! Ended up going to grab a burger from Burger King?.
