Banjo's gotta go! She's very rude, ignores customers to socialize with her friends and family. I get same cup of coffee everyday and she is the only one who can't make it right. It's literally undrinkable! I thought maybe ill try drive throu.... nope shes hanging out window talking to her freinds. As cars are lined up around building! She doesn't care at all about customer service! I will change my review once she's gone. To rest of staff your amazing! Everyone else deserves 5 star plus. ☆☆☆☆☆+I'm sure her ignorance is making it hard on the other staff as they have to work twice as hard for her to visit her friends.

Super friendly staff! Sounded like we were BFFs when I first started to place my order LOL! I always ask for light ice frappuccinos and some locations don’t give much less ice or they forget that step, but this frapp is PERFECT? I love it when the bottom of the drink is all melty and the top is icy and that’s exactly how it is.. so tasty and just how I like it. They also put super fun friendly doodles on my cup ! ✨

Thank you for another disappointment and way I deem you the worst Starbucks in Windsor! I always have problems when placing my mobile order before work. Usually I have to wait an additional 15 mins upon the latest eta the app provides. Today my order was actually made on time. I picked up my venti cappuccino and it was sooo light! I took the lid off upon getting in the car and see over half an inch of foam on my drink. Thank you for another disappointment and way I deem you the worst Starbucks in Windsor!

I don’t normally post reviews but I was there about a month ago. I ordered my usual hot coffee with a pup cup, only this was going to be my dogs last pup cup. I asked the barista Aruba (hope I spelled that correctly) if she could dazzle up the pup cup as it was my dogs last day with us. Not only did they, they gave him treats, and refused to take payment for the coffees. This small gesture on an otherwise incredibly sad day is a reminder of the good people trying to turn your bad day around. I want to thank her and the staff that day, I will never forget it
Finally got my dragon tumbler. Nice sbuck inside indigo but v long line up. Barista advise can call to ask for merchandise

Decided to purchase a latte for the first time at Starbucks.Went through their drive-thru which was fairly quick since there was over 6 cars ahead of me.The coffee was very tasty. I would recommend to patronize this location.

Got two drinks mobile ordered, took over 20 minutes to get made with no line and only 2 customers in store with two workers(wait time was less than 10 on app and i've gotten the same thing way faster at busier locations so i was thrown off by how slow it was taking). Plus they forgot my other drink and made the first one so horribly wrong i was so sad
