So rude staff specially a lady who identify her self as manager. We order Foot lond veggie patty and they were out of it so they made it veggie delite without concerning with us. When I complain and asked they told me that they will give me tomorrow. And next day when I asked for my veggie patty subs the lady asked for Reciept I had it on my phone application still she was asking for physical receipt. She didn’t give me anything nor refund. If they were out of veggie patties why would they accepted the order ? So bad service and attitude although it was their mistake.

I had the worst experience at Subway recently. I placed an online order for two subs for pick-up. However, when I got home and opened the subs, I discovered that the sauces were missing, and even worse, the veggie patty was missing too. It was the worst sub I've ever received, and I wouldn't recommend picking up from this store to anyone

Horrible place. They didn’t know anything about anything they were doing. I asked for Mozeralla and they put some other cheese. When I was paying for my 3 subs, they charged me 4$ per sub for mozerlla. Then the Indian girl there was like “lemme give you 10% off the coupon isn’t working. She ended up taking 10% off one single mozerlla they applied. Anyways the coupon worked but Using my coupons, it was 26$ for 3 subs. But they charged me 12$ extra for just cheese ?. I ended up paying 42$ for 3 veggie subs. I’m pissed.
