Worst subway I've ever been too. The employees are rude. I find disgusting, how I pay to get a sub and I'm only allow to 6 olive on the sub. How does that's make any sense. If I'm willing to pay extra what difference does it make. Will I ever go back probably NOT. There are far better places then subway that I can get MORE THEN 6 OLIVES. 0 stars.

Just went and an ordered a footlong veggie flatbread sub. It was the thinnest sandwich I have ever gotten from subway.. in some places the was absolutely no veggies or anything the sandwich was bare. Someone needs to go back to school and learn how to make a sub.

I am so beyond disgusted! I wish there was the ability to give negative stars!!!! My 76 year old grandmother just got out of the hospital. We ordered subs as I am taking care of her. My 85 year old grandfather has cancer as well and is not well. I had my husband pick it up before he went to work. Our subs tasted stale, half my toppings are missing. I called to speak with the manager and the lady I spoke with was the worst. She called me a liar multiple times. I have pictures to prove it, I told her how stale the bread was she again called me a liar. She then proceeded to ask what I wanted from her. I told her we paid for food and it’s horrible. She told me to bring everything back because I’m lying. I explained to her that my grandmother just got home for the hospital. I am caring for her and can’t just up and leave her. She proceeded to laugh at me. I asked her why she was laughing and her response was that I don’t know what I’m talking about. I just wanted it rectified. If I wasn’t caring for my grandmother I would go in there. She was rude, claimed she was the manager and the fact that she laughed at me pissed me off even more. If she is truly the manager she needs to be taught how to properly treat people and not to hang up the phone on people!! I am DISGUSTED. I’ve attached pictures of my sub and what was supposed to be on it! You tell me I’m lying? SMH I am so mad at how I was treated!!!!

The most horible experience ever with this subway and its sandwiches , no taste in sandwich at all , arrogant behaviour , cannot even listen after making sandwiches. When i ask him to do something as it was tasteless, he refused very rudely. Never suggest firstly, I asked them to add extra sauce and add extra veggies. They add it and when they grill it, they just remove all the veggies and all these sauces and when I get that I just check it and I don't like it so I just told him to make it again or do something for that. He just refused to do that, when I ask her, ask him to do it he told me that she make in front of us but she remove all the veggies and all the sauces when she grilled because their grill machine will get dirty, never ever come to such subways

Staff needs better training on how to use the POS system and on how to talk to customers.While the food was being made my boyfriend asked if USD was accepted and an employee who was on their way out said yes, once she left, the other employee complained that it was too much of a hassle and said she couldn’t take it. Since we didn’t have another form of payment, the food was already done and someone else had assured us we could pay with USD, her solution was to charge us as if we had payed in CAD. We were charged $25USD for a $24CAD bill because she “couldn’t give us change” and treated extremely poorly. The fact the she used the words “too much of a hassle” instead of lying as saying “we can’t” or being honest and saying “I don’t know how to” and the way she spoke to us is was I find so unbelievable, specially when we were the only people in the establishment.

My son asked for only Xtra Xtra olives on his footling sub. No other topings and the sandwich maker would only put 2 small handfuls on the sub. If the customer is not putting lettuce tomatoes onions green peppers or anything else on the sub I believe the customer should be allowed to have four or five handfuls of olives if that is what he wants. But unfortunately he did not agree with me so we paid for our subs and we will never ever return to that subway ever again
