i always get chicken teriyaki, it’s usually dry in the display counter, looks like it’s been there all day. Never experienced this at other locations ever but they be PORTIONING the food like i asked for a bit more chicken and she said she’d have to charge me more but there was like 4 pieces of 1 inch chicken.. Recommend going to the location next to the gas station across the street!

This is a great subway to stop by any time you're in a rush. The staff is always friendly and super efficient while making their sandwiches. Both the guys and girls do an amazing job and satisfying the customers needs and wants. I always get my sub rom them and they're always great all the time :)Vegetarian options: There's vegetarian options like 3 of themKid-friendliness: There's kids pak too and obviously the kid can always customize their sandwich.
Same lady working at the counter for the last three visits and she is miserable and doesn’t offer any customer service. 2 young girls arrived today asking for a cup of water and she denied them. I avoid the location for this reason.

I’ll start by saying that the reason I continue to use this subway is because it is convenient. However, it has the worst costumer service imaginable. I only ever order online from here now because of the way I am treated when I don’t. The workers act like it is an inconvenience that you’re ordering a sandwich from them. I can understand having a bad day once in a while but it is every single time. I would like to note that I am someone who does not like confrontation and I am always kind to workers because I used to work in fast food, but even in the small exchange that I have now to pick up my order they still have such a nasty attitude. Please consider retraining and/or hiring new employees with better attitudes.
