I haven’t been here in years because the quality is awful and the restaurant itself was not clean. I heard that they are under new management and it has really turned around so I thought I would give it a try because I love Swiss. I got takeout and was soo glad I did! The food was done on time and it was hot and fresh and the staff was so nice and pleasant! Can’t wait to dine in next time!

We ordered online and arrived a few minutes post scheduled takeout and had to search to find someone to assist us. The meal was cold and was not held in a warmer prior to arrival. The chicken was dry and the fries were dissappointing. I added ketchup to the order and did not receive. I have always enjoyed SC but am so disappointed I will not consider coming back.

Pros.Staff was friendly.Cons.Chicken and ribs were nice and pink throughout. Nothing better than some nice pink chicken.Mashed potatoes.. for the most part okay, except there was a spongy ball of something in it.I would have just used my bread for the potatoes, but it was moldy, not just on my order, but the other order had moldy bread and pink chicken also.The ribs were good.Shame on this Swiss Chalet. Boooo.

Ordered via Uber Eats. The restaurant doesn’t know how to properly package delivery items so food doesn’t arrive soggy.We ordered chicken spring rolls and they weee awful. Overcooked/fries and not drained before packaged in a paper box. So the rolls were laying in grease as well as the French fries. The chicken fingers were over cooked and also laying in a bed of grease. All 3 items were completely inedible. Also you could tell the oil in the fryers hadn’t been changed in quite some time. The restaurant also forgot to include the bowl of soup. Will never order from this location again. Lack of care when packing food, old oil, overcooked and missing item. Whoever worked on this day doesn’t have any pride in their job.

We were greeted upon arrival by a very friendly lady! We ordered quickly. They had a special for family day a free bowl of soup! Everything was wonderful! Food was hot and fresh and delicious! Just like I remembered from a child. It was a wonderful experience!!! Thank you!!!
