Service was good and fast, even at a busy time. Located in the middle of lots of shopping too.
Poutine was mid nothing special omg but the ribs were so good came out of there with the meat clean off the bone had a half rack ate 3 ribs and a bit of poutine got full. the waitress was very nice but didn’t come to check on us and i had to flag her down to get her attention kinda got on my nerves cause I went there to eat but left with a sore arm from flagging her down half the time i would come here again…it was 3 full meals plus a $5 tip was $104

The atmosphere was nice because we ordered delivery! I guess that's why someone on your staff thought these ribs were fine for consumption. Out of a whole rack of ribs the bun was the best part.Filed a complaint on the website and haven't heard anything. It's been over a week.

My Dad and I went for lunch Dec 31. I was given the wrong order. That’s okay because they brought me the right order after 20 minutes. The fries were cold so I asked if they could heat them up. The waitress then brought my order for the third time. The chicken in the wrap was still frozen. I couldn't even bite through it. I felt genuinely bad for the waitress because these were errors from the kitchen. The other customers that sat in our area were complaining about the kitchen staff as well. The manager on staff wasn't helpful at all. We ended up just leaving after 45 minutes. My Dad got his order and ate as I sat waiting.We used to go to Swiss Chalet yearly for my Grandmothers birthday. I remember the food and service was always very good. We used to go to the Huron Church location.
Always quick service with a smile. Love the Quarter Chicken Festive Dinner during the holiday season. Cheesecake for dessert with caramel. Yum to all.

The chicken was as decent as ever, but everything else was a bit of a departure from what I remember a few years ago. The fries were kind of hard, as if they had gone stale. The perogies lacked the seasoning they used to put on it. The screaming child kind of ruined the mood but it's a family restaurant, what do you expect.

Very an professional manager , she delayed the online order for me diamond on purpose, she told her staff to keep the order on the table and not to give it to the driver , I waited 25 minutes until I got my order , the order is already cold , don't blame the drivers for your mistakes, solve your problem by yourself , don't wait to the driver to come and solve it for you , we come to pick up the order and deliver it only , we are not paid for waiting and for solving the restaurants problem , be professional at your work ,
