I just left there not even 20 minutes ago I ordered a fry supreme and a crunchwrap supreme I get home the Fry's supreme is absolutely great my crunchwrap is so burnt and crispy that when I'm biting into it it sounds like I'm eating tostitos chips not impressed.

Terrible service. Had to wait 20 minutes for our food and ended up having to go thru the drive thru for the second time. Tacos had very little meat in them and just over all messed up. Never going back

Came for some taco supremes, ordered 6. They were out of lettuce and tomato so they gave me some coupons. Tacos without the veggies just aren't right. When I got home I saw they forgot my hot sauce. Now I try to redeem the coupons and it's only redeemable for the basic taco which is just meat and bread and now we're back at square one.

Taco Bell has drastically declined in the quality of there food over the years, and the prices just continue too increase . There was a time where TBD was the bomb like the quality, the quantity, and the price was enough for me and I was in,but now I'm not impressed at all especially since they got rid of the MEXI MELT. That was one of my favorites. Anyway this is only my opinion everybody has one thanks for reading and read on.

This place won't let first responders or essential truck drivers make orders after ten o'clock at night meanwhile the other staff always let's me in I wish I could give 0 stars Where's your respect for the people who keep you working with out us and first responders how can you operate. Also worst customer service I ever had how can you let a guy work there disrespectful as can be. I will be posting about this store on Facebook and all social media networks.
Honestly the only reason this location gets my business is because it's close to home and I'm too tired after work to drive to another location. In the last few months, it has gone sooo downhill. For starters, I had a $65 order, got home, and 4 items were missing. I called, told them what was missing and that I was coming back for it. I told them I wasn't happy because now my food was at home getting cold while I got the rest of the family their food that was missing, and that they should replace mine too so I could eat fresh food. They said no, they can't do that. They could give me one extra taco. I got home and realized they gave me 2 free taco coupons for next time. Ok I guess, but I can only use one at a time. So I go back another day, today, to get one free out of my 3 tacos I ordered, and the young kid at the window doesn't doesn't look at what I'm handing him and immediately says "oh I can't accept that". So I said like excuse me and he actually looked at what I was trying to give him. Then he said my total and he didn't take the free taco off, so I said no thats not right, and then he argued with me. Finally once I was charged the right amount, I went home. When I got home, 2 of my tacos had small amounts of cheese in them after I asked for them no cheese. I have an allergy to cheese, so they don't take peoples health seriously at all. Dirty gloves probably. Absolutely terrible and I hope management takes these complaints seriously because there's a lot within the last few months that are bad. I am only changing my review to 3 stars because the female manager I spoke to was very nice and understanding about my concerns.

The on Staff manager for 7:30pm March 29th was very rude about a previous arrangement for missed items through my Uber eats order claiming it was the drivers fault for missing supposed to be pre packaged items for my delivery driver to pick up. The night manager was apologetic and even offer me free Cinnabon bites for the inconvenience thank you to him btw will unfortunately not be using this location in the future due to her attitude
