This use to be a good fast food restaurant and affordable. No longer - customer service is awful, takes forever to get the food and it arrives cold. Not worth the huge increase in prices.

I used to love this location as its right by my house. But the last few times we’ve been going there the food has declined. We went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 crunch wrap supreme combos and we asked for hot sauce and mild sauce. Once we got home we had absolutely no sauce in our bags and no straws for our drinks. When we started eating the crunch wrap supreme there was about maybe 30% of the meat that is usually in there. Our fries supreme also barely had anything on it.They really need to train these new comers a lot better.

Disappointing Experience for a VegetarianI recently visited Taco Bell at Huron Church, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. As a vegetarian adhering to specific dietary choices due to my religious beliefs, I was looking forward to enjoying a bean taco.Regrettably, there was a mix-up in my order, and I ended up with a beef taco instead. This was not just a culinary error but had a significant impact on my religious principles. It's disheartening that such a crucial aspect of my dietary requirements was overlooked. The lapse in service overshadowed any positive aspects of my visit. I believe in constructive feedback, and I hope this review serves as an opportunity for the staff at Taco Bell to enhance their attention to detail and cater more effectively to the diverse dietary needs of their customers.I understand that mistakes happen, but in situations like these, where personal beliefs are involved, extra care is crucial. I trust that Taco Bell takes this feedback seriously and works towards providing a more considerate experience for all customers, regardless of their dietary preferences.Thank you for your understanding.

Order the chilli cheese burrito two times first time I had to tell them to add more filling due to being 5 dollars and it was only half full and manger told me that is how much they are supposed to put in their, said the menu is wrong in picture wise. Second time I get even less filling and I can’t even complain cause they don’t have anyone on the floor I can talk to about it. Portion size should match what is on the display not what they make up to save money

Unpleasant Experience at Taco BellMy recent visit to Taco Bell at huron church Rd was nothing short of a disappointment. From the outset, it was evident that the staff lacked attention to detail and a basic understanding of customer preferences.I, a vegetarian, specifically ordered a bean taco, stressing the importance of my dietary choice due to religious reasons. However, my request was blatantly ignored, and I received a beef taco instead. This negligence not only ruined my dining experience but also showed a lack of respect for customers with dietary restrictions. This experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I question the competence and commitment to customer satisfaction at this particular Taco Bell location. I strongly recommend improved staff training and a serious reevaluation of their customer service standards.

I have a few things to say about Taco Bell personally I am mad because I was really looking forward to the Natcho fries but they fucking sucked. they tasted like they were watered down; personally, they need to ban their fry business. TACO BELL STOP MAKING FRYS. So I would recommend not going to taco bell if you want fries from Taco Bell.

3rd time ive come here and they ask what sauce I want but I get no sauce. Food is fine but what's the point of asking for sauce if you don't give it.
